"Hey ma?" I call.

"Yeah?" My mom answers.

"Can I go skateboarding with Jack?" I ask.

"Of course you can." She smiles.

I run off towards my room and get dressed in a blue sweatshirt, black jeans and blue Jordan's. I run over to Jack's house and knock on his door.

"Hey, Dude." I say as soon as he opens the door.

"Hey!" Jack smiles.

"Skateboarding?" I ask.

"Sure, lemme grab my board." He says.

I wait for him for around five minutes and he comes out with his skateboard. We say goodbye to his parents and head to the skatepark.

"Hey Jack?" I say.

"Yeah?" He answers.

"I'm hungry." I shrug.

"Okay and?" He retorts.

"And, we need to go and get some food!" I exclaim rolling my eyes.

"Fine." He says.

We get up and head towards his red BMW. We sit in the car and start to head towards Chipotle when Jack accidentally swerves the car and we crash.

My head slams against the dashboard, it sends an excruciating pain through my head and eyes whilst my vision goes blurry. My whole life flashes before my eyes and then it goes dark.

"Zach?! Zach?!? Zach, buddy are you okay? Can you hear me?" Jack calls out.

"Jack? What's happening? I can't see you!" I choke out.

"O-okay, Zach it's gonna be okay. Y-your gonna be okay, I promise." He reassures me.

"Jack! It's dark! I-I can't see. Please... help me?" I say starting to cry.

The hot, wet tears flow out my eyes like a river and someone places their hands around my waist and pulls me out the car. But I can't see them. Why can't I see them? Why won't my eyes open?

I immediately begin to cry again and this time the tears won't stop. They continue to uncontrollably fall out my eyes and for the split second I do manage to open my eyes I want to close them straight away.

The primary colours flash through my eyes. Blue first, then red, then yellow and then it all goes grey. Light grey, dark grey, mid grey honestly it's fifty shades of grey.
