I woke up to hearing Sarah and Brendon laughing upstairs. I kept the blanket wrapped around me, and walked up the stairs.
"Am I allowed in?" I lightly knocked on the door, and Brendon poked his head out.
"Not yet." He said. "I'll finish though, Sarah you go with her downstairs."
"Okay." Brendon opened the door slightly, and Sarah slid through.
"Remember not to -" Sarah started and Brendon cut her off.
"I know, I know." Brendon smiled, and shut the door.
"I'm gonna make tea, do you want tea?" Sarah asked as we went down the stairs.
"Yes please." I took a seat at the barstool and watched Sarah.
"Oh!" Sarah pulled an iPhone out of her pocket, and slid it in front of me. "This is for you."
"Sarah- thank you, but I really can't." She shook her head.
"You need a phone. Brendon and my numbers are in there, and Alyssa's, we gave them your number too so she could get to you if you needed to." She winked at me, and I stood up to hug her.
"Thank you." She kissed the top of my head and poured tea into a mug.
"I just left the clothes bags in your closet. I figured you'd want to find a way to put them away your self. We have some people coming over at 8 ish, so if you don't get a chance to put the clothes away tonight it's okay."
The clock read 6:15. "I think I'll have time."
"I didn't really know what to get you. I got a bunch of leggings and skinny jeans, then random shirts and some hoodies."
"You didn't have to get me anything. But thank you." I smiled, and we drank our drinks in silence until we heard Brendon scream from upstairs.
"Y'all come here I'm done!" His voice echoed through the house.
Sarah and I walked up the stairs, and Brendon was standing outside the door.
"Okay." Brendon stated, hand on the door knob. "Ready?" I nodded, and Brendon opened the door.
The bed was covered in a quilt that was the perfect shade of yellow; it wasn't super bright, but it wasn't like a mustard shade. There were four normal pillows on the bed, one set of two on either side of the queen bed. There was a simple gray throw pillow sitting in between the sets of pillows. The nightstand had a gray lamp, the lamp was furthest on the nightstand from the bed. A small humidifier sat closer to the bed. A small tray - currently empty - was in front of and in between those two things. The phone charger laid on the nightstand, already plugged into the outlet. A white fuzzy rug laid in the middle of the room, covering the wooden floors. The gray couch now had two yellow throw pillows on the right side, and a white blanket thrown over the left arm. A white wicker basket sat on the left side couch, and it was filled with some extra blankets. The extra nightstand sat to the left, and had the tv remote on it. It also had a candle that sat on a highish white holder - it reminded me of a small cake stand, then it had a succulent in a yellow pot. The dresser was simple, a medium sized tv sat on it, and a jar of fake flowers sat to the right of it, and dvd player and some dvds to the left. A simple white desk had been set up in between the closet and bathroom doors. There was a laptop sitting in the middle of the desk, and a vase of fake flowers, matching the ones on the dresser. A mason jar filled with colorful pens sat slightly in front of the flowers. A mirror was hung on the closet door.
"Thank you so much." I ran and hugged them both tight, and they laughed.
"Put your clothes away, we'll be down stairs setting up." Brendon kissed the top of my head, and shut the door behind him as they left.
