"Just, come here." I said as I pulled her getting back to my room. Mom, Alexis, and Coldie turned around to look at us. I smiled at them and pulled Jessica down the hallway to my bedroom. Once we were in, I shut and locked the door. I turned around to see her with a confused look on her face. "I miss this..." I said as I pulled her closer to me.

She smiled as she wrapped her arms around my neck. Then we kissed for the first time in three years and six months. Okay, I know I'm going to sound extremely lame when telling you this, but I don't really care right now. I'm so in love with this woman, that It feels like she never left in the first place...

"Deanney..." She said as she pulled away from me, her breathing uneven as she smiled up to me.

"Where did that come from?" I laughed as I leaned my forehead down to hers.

"Do you really need to ask that? I mean of course this wasn't your intention... then uh... yeah it would be-." Once again, I was silenced with a finger to my lips. She rolled her blue eyes and smiled as she placed her hand behind my head.

"Dey, really?" She laughed as she kissed me lightly again. "Don't you think I want this after three years?" I shrugged my shoulders and smiled at her negative expression.

"I missed you." I said after a moment. She looked me in the eye and smiled a sad smile.

"I missed you too." We kissed again. And again... And again... and again. Before I knew what happened, I was being pressed up against my door with her hands roaming up and down my sides and back. Our lips never seemed to leave one another. I knew I was lost the minute my legs hit the bed.

-------------Opppppsssss, no sex scene ------

I kept hearing a strange noise. It was extremely repetitive and seeming to get louder and louder by the second. I was groggy and way too comfortable to move though. So, I laid there with my eyes closed, trying to go back to sleep. However, the body next to mine groaned in annoyance. It climbed over me, not even caring if it was crushing me or not, and i slapped what I guess was the annoying ass alarm clock.

'Ah... finally the noise goes away...'

"Ugh... I should have known you wouldn't change in three years' time..." A tired angel like voice said next to me as she settled back into my arms. I smiled as I cracked an eye open to look at her.

"Isn't that a good thing?" I asked, my own voice sounding exhausted. I rubbed my hand up and down her bare arm.

"Mmm... I suppose." She answered as she kissed my collarbone. "So... what are your plans today?" I blinked a few times as I remembered what day it was. 'Oh Fuck...' I flung myself out of bed, nearly falling in the process as I tried to locate my work clothes. I heard Jessica complaint from the bed as she held her head up with her wrist. "What the hell, Deanney?" I looked back at her as I gave her a sheepish grin.

"I have to work this morning... that's why the alarm is set to seven. I'm sorry." I said as I threw on my work shirt.

"You still work for that day care? Does Melanie work there still?" She asked as she sat up, not even caring to cover any part of herself. I stopped and looked at her for a moment and couldn't help but blush at her sly grin, obviously knowing I was watching her. "Ya like?"

"Like?" I asked as I came closer to her, leaning on the bed and kissing her cheek before whispering in her ear. "I love it... actually... I love you." I pulled away, turning around just in case I saw something in her eyes that I didn't want to see, like rejection for instance. I slid on my pants, my back turned to her, breathing uneasily as I tried not to make note of the fact that she hadn't said anything.

That eerie feeling went away the moment her arms went around the front of my shoulders, forcing me to stop. Her body arched up, pressing into mine as she whispered into my ear, "Do you have any idea how... long I've waited to hear you say that to me?" I shook my head no, "
Three years and six months... ...and I love you too..."

I think, I'm not entirely sure, but I seriously think if I died right now, I'd be the happiest dead person... well dead. I turned around and smiled the biggest smile as I noticed a happy tear running down her cheek.

Before I was about to kiss her though, a knock of course ruined the moment. I closed my eyes and felt my jaw clench tightly.

"Yeah?" I asked.

"Do you think you can drop Joel off for Alexis? I can't take him because I have to go in early." My mom asked. I sighed as I looked down at the naked Jessica. She smiled as she nodded for me to say yes.

"Yeah... I guess..." I said tiredly. Jessica giggled as she slipped back into my bed. "What are you doing?" I whispered to her, for fear my mom would hear us. Jessica just rolled her eyes and laid back down.

"You wore me out, Dey. Now, go to work and let me sleep please." She said as she rolled on her side, facing away from me.

"You weren't complaining last night, aren't you?." I smirked as I dodged the pillow. I smiled as I grabbed my shoes and exited my room.

As I walked into the kitchen I couldn't help but notice my mom was smiling. This was really awkward... we didn't even get a chance to talk about... well everything. It just sort of happened so fast, that I still think I must be dreaming. I swallowed the lump in my throat as I took a seat at the table to put my shoes on.

"So... have fun last night?" She asked. Is it possible to choke on your own spit? Well, if it isn't... I'm the first to ever do it.

"Mom..." I whined as I slipped on my shoes.

"It's not a big deal honey. Look, I really have to run. Joel is waiting for you by your car. Alexis will pick him up after work." She said in a hurry as she grabbed her purse and kissed me on the forehead.

"Are we ever going to talk about it though...?" I asked just before she closed the front door. She opened it and smiled at me as I stood up and grabbed my car keys.

"Do you want to talk about it?" She asked in all seriousness. I bit my lip and nodded. "Well, how about after we both get home from work?" I smiled at that, we were actually going to talk about the most important thing in my life.

"Sounds great." I answered as we both left the house.

"Come on, Deanney! You're slower than Alex!" I heard Joel whine. I laughed as I locked the door and walked as slow as possible to my car.

"Really?! Come on you turtle!" I laughed once more as I finally got to the driver's side. As I was about to step into the seat I looked over to my bedroom window and felt my chest explode with so many feelings that I almost cried on the spot. Standing at my bedroom window, was Jessica with a piece of paper that said, 'I love you, Dey Miller!' I felt my phone vibrate when I took my seat and started the car.

Dey;

I hope you know that.

Have a good day at work. I'll be here when you get back.

"Drive, Deanney! Sheesh! It's like you're in a trance!"

-Always yours, Jessy---
