Chapter 60: Graduation (Surprise at the End)

(Vixy's POV)

Finally! After all the testing and packing of boxes, graduation wasn't far away now. Luckily, all the seniors got one week off before our actual graduation day. I got exciting news, however, this weekend. The college I applied for, I got accepted into it! I swear Aaron was so happy for me that he picked me up and kissed the everlasting daylights out of me.

On Monday morning, like I had promised Aaron, we were snuggled up close to one another in my bedroom. There weren't really any pictures or very special things in the bedroom. Mostly, my bed, dresser, bedside table, and some random junk was staying with Uncle Nick and Judy, while some pictures were in boxes.

Right now, the two of us were snuggled with each other, stripped down to our underwear since I was okay with it last night. Aaron's head was resting on my stomach and his arms were wrapped around my waist, my body kind of in a curved position around him. Our legs were tangled with one another.

How we were was honestly comfortable: I wasn't too hot, Aaron's body temperature to me was just right, and last night, before we stripped to our underwear, we slightly opened one of my windows so that a gentle summer breeze would come in through.

I had my eyes closed out of comfort, though both of us were awake. I slowly rose one of my paws up to his headfur and slowly started to run my paw through it. I saw a small smile start to spread across his lips, making me feel happy. I heard him breathe in my scent before sighing happily.

I soon wrapped my arms around him and hugged him tightly, making his face plant more into my stomach. He chuckled and tilted his head up to look up at me. I softly smiled, mainly just staring into his eyes.

God, I love him so much. Aaron soon lifted his head and gently kissed my lips. I hummed softly and instantly kissed him back, closing my eyes in comfort. Aaron then broke away and looked back up at me. "Hey, Vix, can I talk to you about something really quick?" he asked, his cheeks growing a bright shade of pink.

I tilted my head slightly, bringing one of my paws to stroke the back of his ear before my paw rested on the side of his neck. Whatever could be troubling him that made him blush so?

"What is it, goofball?" I asked, my black ears twitching. Aaron took a breath before letting it out. "A-Actually, nevermind, I'll tell ya later," he said, his gaze down. I furrowed my brows slightly before he slowly sat up. "Aaron, you sure-" I started out, but Aaron nodded and waved his paw dismissively. "Yeah, yeah, it's alright. Come on, we need to meet up with the landlord at 10. We should get dressed and get something to eat," he quickly said, throwing the blankets off of him and getting out of the bed.

I groaned and fell back into the pillows on my back. I didn't want to even leave the bed today, I honestly just wanted to snuggle with Aaron underneath the covers. "Aaron..." I slightly trailed off as I turned my head to look at my boyfriend. "Now?" I asked.

Aaron looked at me once he got a pair of black shorts over his legs and boxers. "Well, it's 9:20, so yeah, now." He said before he came up back towards the bed and leaned towards me with a grin. "But, once we get back, we can cuddle right back with each other...maybe even without any clothes," he added, quickly winking at me.

I playfully rolled my eyes and pushed his muzzle away from my face. "Pfft....in your dreams goofball," I said, trying extremely hard to hide my blush, and I think I did. I soon sat up in my bed and got out from underneath the covers, stretching my arms in the air and arching my back, humming as I did. "Alright, alright, I'll get dressed. But think twice on snuggling with no clothes on," I snickered as he grabbed one of his shirts and pulling it on over his torso.

"Okay, I'll meet you downstairs then," he said, quickly pecking my lips. I pecked his back before he left. I closed the door and grabbed a pair of jeans and one of my slightly lose tanktop. Once I put them on, I adjusted my headfur, making it look at least slightly tamed.
