Carl helped her over the gate as she groaned in pain, the cramps getting worse the more she moved while breathing deeply in and out. His arm wrapped behind her back and under her armpit as her arm held onto his shoulders, "Okay come on, we're almost..." His words stopped and so did his feet as he tried to listen to the commotion at the front, "Carl?"

"Shh..."

The faint words of 'Search the place' could be heard causing him to slightly panic, Carl immediately knew who it was and turned (Y,n) around trying to find a place to hide her for the time being, she was in no shape to fight. Moving at a slow pace while trying not to cause her anymore pain they ran into someone as they rounded a trailer putting Carl on immediate fight mode as he let go of her and pulled out his knife until he realized who it was,

"Where in gods name were you t-- Why is she bleeding? You know what? We'll deal with this later cause right now we've got to keep her safe." Sasha helped Carl to walk her past the main house to the  cellar where most of their food was being held.

"Where... Where's Anthony? What's going on?" (Y,n) groaned as they helped her downstairs where Enid was standing holding Antony in her arms as he whined. "Why she is bleeding?" Carl let her go and went over to Enid not being able to answer her question since he wasn't sure himself and gently took the baby from her arms to quiet him down.

"Help me move the shelf, we need to hurry." Sasha and Enid pulled the shelf away as (Y,n) leaned against the wall still holding her stomach. "Get in. Don't make a sound or come out until someone comes to get you both." Sasha tells them leading them to the small wall space behind the shelf as Carl held Antony watching as (Y,n) slide down to the floor.

The cellar door closed causing light to fade away except for the small sun beams creeping through the cellar door, they were sitting in the dark for what felt like forever as Tony continued to whine, "Give him-- Give him to me, he's probably hungry." (Y,n) made a face of discomfort while tugging on Carl's pants legs, he stepped back from the shelf and slid down the wall squinting his eyes to try and see where she was.

"What's down there?" They could see two shadows covering the light seeping through casting them down below.

"Just some food we're saving," The other voice came from Jesus, knowing full well that he wouldn't let the man find them calmed her nerves just a bit.

Carl got on his knees and crawled to the other corner as the cellar doors opened. The two men walked noisily down the concrete steps, "Just food... I'm taking this." The man looked around confirming that Jesus was right and walked over to their shelf picking up small basket that was filled with packages of dried fruit. "Go right ahead, would you like to continue to somewhere else?"Jesus smiled at him, holding his hand to the cellar door with a smile on his face. The man looked around at his surroundings once more before walking towards the stair not noticing Jesus looking back at the shelf the teenagers were behind before following the man.

They must have been behind the shelf for at least an hour until the door finally opened with Maggie and doctor coming down, they pulled the shelf away allowing Carl to stand up and move out the way as the doctor kneeled in front of the girl, "How long have you been bleeding?" He asked her taking Tony from her arms and handing him to Maggie,

"I don't know, not very long." She spoke in a low voice. "Well, from just looking at you I can tell it's nothing to be that worried about. Most likely the blood is from your uterus healing itself, it can last for a few weeks. Afterward you should just go back your regular menstrual cycle-- use these but right now we need to get you both out of here after you change."
