Nerris's POV
I wake up and notice Preston isn't next to me like normal. I start to panic, where could he be? Is he ok? Maybe he just went downstairs to get some food. Than I remember...we're not at home anymore
Max's POV
"WHERE ARE WE SUPPOSED TO HET 1,000 DOLLARS!"I say running around the house, we may be rich, but I can't just get 1,000 dollars cash from the bank, I've tried before. "Max calm down." I look at Dad with an angry look. "Calm down? CALM DOWN?! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO STAY CALM WHEN MY CHILDREN ARE MISSING!!??" I say with my scary voice, not really, meaning too. Than it hits me, the note said, "my child and yours" Nerris's parents! But her dads in jail...... HER MOM!
Preston's POV
I woke up and Nerris wasn't next to me like normal, so I scream out to her and try to get up. "NERRIS! NERRI-" I cut myself off when I realize I can't get up, I'm stuck. Wait, why am I stuck? I hear a door open, "H-hello?" A plait of food is slid on the floor, "Eat retard." I nod my head and start to ear, because my hands aren't chained. The person leaves and I continue to eat. About 15 minutes later, I hear screaming, and it sounds like...NERRIS! I start to panic, what is happening to her! All of sudden, my head really hurts, and when it stops I some how brake the chains... I'm only 6. I shut it out and run to go help Nerris, than my mouth starts to hurt, but I don't care, because I'm too worried about Nerris. When I get in the room, both Nerris and the person who gave me food, look at me like I'm not human. "P-Preston, you're Alpha!"
Max's POV
Every time I lose the kids I turn full Alpha, and Dad knows this. My ear grow out, my fangs come out, and my tail appears. But this time something else happens, a heart on my hand appears, and it starts to glow. What does this mean? I should look it up in my book. I go grab my book and look it up. If an alpha has a child that is a boy, a heart will appear on their hands, to tell both alphas that the child has become their alpha form. Preston is in his alpha form, so I'll be able to sniff him out. I go out side an sniff the air, I smell a few alphas, but Preston's smells a lot like mine, so I could smell him. Don't worry kids I'm coming.
