The female external genitalia contain two sets of skin folds, or labia. The larger and hair-covered labia majora are on the outside, and the smaller and smoother labia minora are on the inside.
According to statistics, the average length of the labia minora is 1.5 in (4 cm) while the labia majora are 3 in (8 cm).
Some women have hang-ups about the size of this part of their body, but doctors assure them there is no reason for concern if there is no physical discomfort.
There is an opinion that the size of the labia may indicate the number of sexual partners a woman had in the past, but it's a myth.
There is no clear concept of the norm regarding labia size. One thing is certain; they all come in different shapes and sizes, so each woman is beautiful in her own way.
