PMS is a real condition with real emotional and real physical symptoms that usually precede your period by a week or two. This syndrome is the result of hormonal fluctuations during the menstrual cycle.
While PMS varies from woman to woman, symptoms may include nausea, headache, acne, fatigue, diarrhea, tender breasts, bloating, backache, body pain, irritability, mood swings, and anxiety.
Pay attention to your body!
