The next morning after having breakfast Barry and Kara called joe and Eliza to go to STAR LABS and their reply was ok.
When they arrived Barry and Kara showed Eliza and Joe the pipeline camera, that showed Tony's face.
"So you two managed to find the jerk that bullied you as kids" Joe said laughing at the locked up Tony.
"Yea we did" Barry replied.
"But how did you get him?" Eliza asked.
"We have powers" Kara replied as she and Barry were followed to the speed lab.
After showing the foster parents their powers.
"You can't tell Iris" Barry said.
"I won't" Joe replied.
"You can't tell Alex" Kara said.
"I won't" Eliza replied.
