Satana's POV
"O-Oo, she'd be disappointed" mahinang sabi ni Nam.I think something in me broke.
Viniel hurriedly dragged Nam to the kitchen sink. I followed, just stopping by the door when I saw Viniel roll up the sleeves of Nam's sweater, displaying cuts and cleaning it with water.
"Why did you do it?" mahinang tanong ni Viniel, habang hawak pa rin yung braso ni Nam na puno ng cuts she made herself. It made me think back to a scenario that I wished never happened.
"I....I had no one to run to..Tita said pwede akong tumakbo papunta sa kanya if I ever feel like cutting myself.But, she wasn't there.I had no one to run to. Siya lang naman kasi yung nakakaalam eh." mahinang sagot ni Nam. She's just 18. Gosh.
" You can always go to me...I wouldn't judge. Before you go to the point of no return. If you have problems, at wala yung Tita Winter mo? You can go to me..." sabi naman ni Viniel while Nam hugged him and silently cried in his shoulders.
"Or me..I wouldn't bite.." I said smiling. Napatingin tuloy sakin yung dalawa. Viniel gave me a smile and Nam looked up shocked.
"I've had my own fair share of talking to people about their problems." I added still smiling. Or depression in particular.
Napangiti naman yung bata.
"Cupcake?" tawag sa akin ng unggoy kong asawa.Napalingon tuloy ako sa kanya.
"Autumn is annoyed as heck because you guys just left her there." sabi niya. Agad naman na naglakad si Viniel palabas.
"Bantayan mo muna yang si Nam." bulong niya sa akin. Tumango lang naman ako. Agad ko namanv nilapitan si Nam at agad niya naman akong niyakap.Probably seeking comfort.
"Okay lang 'yan. Everything will workout somehow. " sabi ko while drawing circles in her back.
"Tita Winter said you'd be the best option for depressed people. I never understood till now. You're comforting to be with. " sabi niya pa. Voice muffled.
"THAT'S IT! THIS IS MY HOUSE. YOU CAN'T ORDER ME OR ANYONE. THIS IS MY HOUSE AND YOU WILL NOT DO ANYTHING WITHOUT MY CONSENT." Galit na sigaw ni Viniel. I flinched. Para tuloy akong nagkaroon ng war flashback dahil sa galit ni Viniel.
"Tita? Bakit parang natakot kayo bigla? Ngayon niyo pa lang ba nakitang galit si Tito Vin?" Pagtatanong ni Nam. I shook my head.
"Hindi sa ngayon niya lang nakita. Ngayon lang ulit nagalit ng ganyan si Pareng Viniel." Paliwanag ng unggoy kong asawa. I nodded my head.
"ALL YOU EVER THINK ABOUT IS YOURSELF THEN! HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT ABOUT MY WIFE? WHAT SHE'D FEEL ABOUT YOU DOING THINGS LIKE THIS?" galit na sigaw pa ni Viniel.
"SHE ALREADY TOLD US!" Galit na sigaw ni Summer. My head ached for a moment.
"EVERYTHING? DID SHE REALLY TELL YOU EVERYTHING? " Galit na sigaw ni Viniel. I sighed.
"Nam? Please, just stay here okay? Don't do anything stupid. Please? " I told Nam. Tiningnan naman ako ni Nam na parang naguguluhan sa mga pinagsasabi ko.
