Friends?

Cheryl laying on her, bed thinking how she basically came out to Toni. She barely knew her, but somehow she did manage to get her number

"Toni?"

"Hello" she sound very tired

"Did I wake you up?"

"Yea a little bit" they both started laughing

"So I..um was wondering that you can sleep over..I mean if you want cause we barely—"

"Cheryl it's almost midnight"

"So you rather sleep at a trailer park then my house?"

"You got me with that one. Be there in couple minutes Cheryl"

"I'll be waiting Toni"

About 25 minutes later Cheryl hear a motorbike outside. She rushed down the stairs and met Toni at the door. She opens the door and Toni standing in the rain. Hair soaking wet

Cheryl tug on Toni arm to come in "Why didn't you bring a umbrella. It's pouring cats and dogs out there"

"I was half way here then it just start pouring" Toni touches her hair and made a face of disgust

"Here let me get you a towel. You can sit there if you want" Cheryl pointed at the couch near the kitchen

"Thanks" Toni said as she was walking towards the couch

Cheryl came back about a minute later with the towel and handed it to Toni

"Do you want to take a shower?"

"Is it okay?" Toni said as she was drying her hair with the towel

"Of course. I'm not letting you sleep in my bed if your that wet." Cheryl realized what she said, her cheeks became a bright shade of pink. She turned away from Toni so she don't see my face

Toni got up from the couch "Well.." Toni put her right hand Cheryl shoulder "If you let me borrow some of your clothes" she walks around till she's facing me "then we good"

"Uhh..." Cheryl froze looking at her eyes "Yeah just follow me to my room. You can pick out your clothes from there"

She grab Toni hand gently and start to walk up the stairs

"Why is your whole wardrobe red and black?" As she was picking out a tank top

"I feel comfortable seeing and wearing these colors. Make me feel safe."

"Woah that's deep" she finished picking out what she's gonna wear "Well let me take this shower and I'll be right back" she left with a smile

3 minutes Cheryl hear the water running. Laying down in her bed reading a good book called "Finding the End of Everything". Which is pretty interesting. About 5 minutes into the book the water stops running

"That was really relaxing" Toni said as she was walking. She gets comfortable on the bed and ask me "What you reading?"

"Finding the End of Everything." Its pretty dark

"I'm not even gonna ask what it's about" she then start to lay down next to Cheryl

Cheryl put the book on the nightstand next to the bed and start to lay down next to Toni

"You know, I didn't just invite you to sleep over you know" Cheryl said to get Toni attention

Toni turned around to look at her

"I just wanted to say thank you for yesterday. For letting me watch the movie with you, and listening to tragic story"

"You could've just said that while you was calling me, but of course" Toni rest her hand on Cheryl"Anything for a friend right?"

Get goosebumps every time she touches me, and did she just say friends?

Gave her a huge smile

"But I also want to try something" Toni's thumb caresses my cheek

Toni leans forward and kissed me on the lips. Her lips are so soft like two soft marshmallows. I felt something, like something powerful. This gonna be a long night
