Author-nim's POV:
Imogen had arrived back at the house and went into the living room, only to be greeted by the sight of everyone sitting on the couch and Luke standing up, trying to negotiate with the group. Yes, Imogen had chosen to not wander around for a bit and just go straight back to the house, for she knew that that was the right thing to do. Eva by now, had noticed Imogen and worryingly made her way over to her.
"Are you okay? Where did you go? Are you hurt? Did you see anyone? Did anything bad happen? Why did you leave? Are you mad at us?" Eva bombarded her with questions.
"I'm okay. I went to a certain place, nothing serious. I'm fine, no scars, no nothing. I saw 2 humans, brother and sister, that's it. Nothing bad happened, I left because I needed to get away from you guys, and yes, I'm mad at you," Imogen stated calmly.
She had decided to not tell them about Tana because they didn't need Julia going on rage quit and go looking for her.
"We're sorry-" Eva instantly got cut off.
"You can't speak for all of us, Eva, just because you care so much about Imogen, doesn't mean the rest of us do. I'm not sorry, you're just acting really childish," Ava snapped.
Imogen shrugged in response, "I know that only Eva is sorry and the rest of are rather scared or mad at me. So I'm going up to my room, call me down for dinner, fuck lunch, I'm skipping it."
Before anyone could say anything, Imogen ran as fast she could upstairs and into her room, slamming the door behind her.
"Thanks for the help Ava," Eva hissed.
"You're welcome," she smiled fakely and curtsied before sitting back down.
"Back to the real problem," Luke rolled his eyes at Ava and Eva's childishness, "we need to sort out the problems between us all, seriously. Ava you're pissed that we're not doing anything about Tana, Jesse is bloody terrified of Imogen, Eva is stressed because she can't fix all the problems, even if she is the mom of the group, Alex is in tears because she wants Imogen to know that people care about her, Julia is upset for God knows what reason and Imogen has Depression and Anxiety. On top of that, Eva has yelled at me to fix all these problems, even though she's the one who is supposed to fix them."
Eva scoffed at Luke, "you can talk. Luke, you're the one who slept through all of this drama."
"Well, you said my problem first, why not deal with my problem first?" Ava suggested.
"Fine," Luke sighed, "if we're being completely honest, I saw Tana earlier."
Everyone gasps.
"When?" Ava asked, shocked.
"An hour ago. She told me what to do and how to sort out everything," he explained.
"What did she tell you to do?" Julia raised an eyebrow.
"This. Have a moment with Ava, then gather everyone in the living room to individually sort out their problems," Ava blushed a bit at the memory of what had occurred earlier.
"Nothing else?" Alex pushed.
"Yes, she actually did say something else," he scratched his neck awkwardly.
"What? What did she say?" Ava urged him to continue.
"She said that if all doesn't go well she has a little present for us all. Well, if I quoted her she said a 'little cold present'," he air quoted her with his fingers.
"What 'cold present'?" Fabian mimicked him.
"I asked, but all she said was that I'll find out soon enough, if things just keep going downhill," Luke said.
