By now, the time was 1:40 PM, and there was only 1 hour and a half left till the food arrived. Now instead of focusing on Ava and Luke, let's go to how Julia, Alex, and Eva disappeard that fast. Yes, they ran into the closest room, and who's room is opposite Eva's to her right?
If you went back to Chapter 12 to check, I do not blame you, because if we're being honest here, I did too.
Mati's room.
"Ummm, what are you guys doing in here?" Mati sat up and locked him phone, putting it on his side desk.
"Oh, yeah, this your room," Eva said dryly.
"Yeah, we just saw some *coughs* stuff going on between Luke and Ava so we came into the nearest room to protect Alex and keep her innocent," Julia explained.
"Oh," he paused awkwardly, "I understand. No offence, but can you guys get out and go to a different room? Like Eva's? Hers is just right next door."
"Oh yeah," Eva made her way to the door, "sorry to disturb you, we'll be going now."
Then they zoomed off into Eva's room to avoid any more awkward situations.
Now, let's go back to Luke and Ava.
-Let's backtrack a bit-
"YA'LL ARE 11!" a voice boomed, making their lips crash together.
No, the person who had shouted did not just stand there in shock and go 'eewww' or something like that. She ran and pulled their heads apart harshly.
"OK, I'm done, I'm not listening to Eva or Julia. Relationships end. Over. There is a new rule in this house, no relationships," Imogen looked at the one by one as she spoke.
"Who are you to decide that?" Ava snapped.
"I'm the fed up, messed up girl, now shoo, Luke," Imogen shooed him out of the door.
"Why are you controlling my life?!" Ava threw the blanket at the girl in anger.
Imogen caught it casually and draped it over Ava.
"Once he breaks your heart and breaks you, then don't come to me crying," she hissed and left the room.
Ava pulled the blanket off of her and huffed, going to sit down on her bed, she looked at herself in the mirror.
"Why can't I knock her words out of my head?" she whispered to herself.
Imogen had gone downstairs and was talking telepathically to Tana.
'Well someone's angry,' the Vampire teased.
'Shut up and do what you have to do. I knew you were going to do it anyway. Make Luke lose his feelings, do it now,' Imogen replied.
'Nah, I think I should wait until they have a full grown relationship, then do it. It'd be much more funnier that way,' Tana answered.
'Fine, you idiot. Just promise that you'll do it at some point,' she entered the kitchen.
Tana smirked at where she was standing, 'I promise.'
Then she ended the conversation and Imogen started cooking some pancakes ('Cooking with Imogen' anyone? Anybody remember that?).
"Eggs, flour, milk, and some sunflower oil," she said the ingredients to herself as she got them out of the cupboard.
"Can I help?" a voice came from the doorway.
"No," Imogen replied shortly.
"Well I'm helping anyway," he entered the kitchen.
"Why aren't you with the rest?" she measured the ingredients and started mixing them.
