"MAKE IT STOP, MAKE IT STOP!" Imogen covered her eyes, screaming her lungs out.
"Holy-" Julia covered Alex's eyes and ears, grabbing the remote and clicking the 'OFF' button immediately.
Imogen uncovered her eyes, peeping through her fingers, she dropped her hands by her sides and sighed in relief.
"It stopped, finally," she felt her heartbeat, which was going crazy. "Never again are we watching a romance movie. Not with.... that..... in it anyway."
"That was terrifying," Julia fake laughed.
Imogen threw a pillow at her.
"You dirty minded freak!" she barked. "I saw you! Your eyes were basically glued to the goddamn TV screen! It took you forever to clock and that's only when you covered Alex's eyes and ears!"
Julia simply shrugged, having a little smile on her lips.
Alex was very confused and didn't understand what was going on. She didn't understand why Imogen had been screaming and her eyes and ears had been covered, plus Julia had turned off the movie AND the TV. She didn't understand why Ava was cowering under her duvet and why Luke looked like he was about to throw up.
"What happened?" Alex innocently blinked.
"You don't wanna know," Imogen ran a hand over her face. "Now, Alex. You are to never go on Netflix unless one of us are here, okay?"
"O-kay?" she replied. "But why? What happened? Why did Julia turn off the movie?"
"Like I said before, you don't wanna know," she repeated, tearing the cover off of Ava and harshly pushing Luke in the process.
"I'm going to my room," Luke said quietly, swiftly making his way out of the room.
Imognen nodded in response to the boy and decided not to protest, as she focused on getting Ava out from under the duvet.
"Ava!" she shouted, as she finally managed to get the cover off of her.
"What?" Ava asked.
"Party time's over. All of us, let's get out," Imogen ordered.
Julia got up and pushed Ava and Imogen off of the bed, so she could make Alex's made neat and tidy. She then, while Alex wasn't looking, placed the remote on the top of a cupboard, behind a lot of things, so Alex couldn't see it or get it.
"Right, let's go," Julia dusted her hands.
Ava finally stood up and walked like a normal person.
"I'm not drunk, I can manage," she snapped at Imogen as she yanked her arm away from her.
"Your choice," Imogen replied simply, and left her, quickly leaving the room.
Julia pushed Ava to make her move faster, and ended up with Ava tripping and falling face first onto the floor.
"Ya'll are rude," Ava mumbled as she stumbled clumsily out of the room.
"Dinner's up!" Eva shouted from downstairs.
Everyone rushed downstairs apart from Julia and Danny. In the corner of her eye, Imogne saw something on the living room couch. She stopped and headed towards it.
"What is this?" she asked herself.
She picked it up and in the moonlight shining through the living room window she could see that it was Julia's dinosaur plushie.
"OHHHHHHHHHH-" Imogen covered her mouth and looked around, hoping she hadn't drawn any attention to her.
Luckily, she hadn't. But what she had realized was that this was a cuddling plushie, one that you're supposed to cuddle with while you slept. She noticed taht Julia's probably used to it to fall asleep and if she didn't have something to cuddle, she wouldn't be able to sleep.
