"How much longer is it away?" Luke asked, kind of bored staring out the window at the scenery passing by."Not long..." Eva replied coldly once again at his comment that was repeated several times in the past hour.
As Eva took a shortcut, they have been only driving for about 2 hours, the time was 1:28am, they were all very tired, but they had to find Julia, hoping that she was safe, and not dead.
-----------------------------------MEANWHILE WITH TANA----------------------------------
"Oh no no no no , NO!" Tana shrieked in frustration, throwing the book at the wall.
Around 300 books were surrounding her on the floor, and she had gone through all of them, in hope of finding some information about Yeqon. She kicked her way out of the pile of books and set up a screen, which showed all rooms in the house, from all angles.
"Now- wait what?!" she pressed a hovering button and dragged it to her left, making the screens go back in time.
Tana saw Julia clamber into her car and drive off. Hearing what they were talking about, she knew she had to find Julia and stop her from getting herself killed. With the click of her fingers all the books on the floor went back to their original place on the shelves.
"This demon is one hell of a hassle," she grunted before teleporting off to the enchanted forest.
~Time skip to when she arrives~
Tana was instantly greeted by the sight of a dark void, and she could see Julia disappearing into it.
"Julia!" she screamed; Julia had disappeard deep into the dark void already.
She already knew that the rest of them were on their way, probably in the car and driving at that moment, but Julia's chance of dying was beyond 100%.
"Fight," she heard Roka say to her.
"Oh not on my watch," she ran and threw herself into the dark void.
She arrived at the horrifying scene just in time, as she saw Yeqon leaping at Julia. Her eyes widened and she cast a weakening spell at Yeqon, hoping that it would give Julia enough time to run.
She didn't/
Tana's jaw dropped as she watched her cast the forbidden demon spell at him. He wasn't expecting it and howled in pain.
"Xherikia," Tana muttered as Yeqon left.
She looked at the said girl, andshe was swaying, her face pale, obviously on the brink of collpsing.
"You idiot," Tana said, making her way over to the girl who was falling.
With a raise of Tana's index finger, Julia stayed hovering in the air. She moved her finger towards the portal back to the normal world and Julia moved in the air as well, Tana walked with her.
"Why did you tell her to fight him?" Tana hissed at Roka as the dark void snapped shut.
"You know why," the goddess replied simply.
Tana carefully placed Julia on the floor, as she was moving, as if she was awake and talking to someone.
"What's happening to her?" she demanded.
"In her mind, she hasn't fainted yet. She's awake and she's talking about me on the ways to defeat him, Yeqon, I mean," Roka explained.
"You know there's no way to defeat him, what's the point?" Tana mocked.
Roka raised a challenging eyebrow at her, but didn't answer. She aimed her question differently.
"Why did you tell her to fight him then?"
