"Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to Mason and Bentley! Happy birthday to you!" We all sang and cheered for the both of them to blow out their cupcakes. They're already 1 year old! I helped them all that I could with 2 month old Dakota Erin Jenkins. She was born December 19th. It was a a little bit after Mason and Bentley were home and we weren't planning it again but were happy and this little girl has Conner wrapped around her little finger. He spoils that girl rotten it's ridiculous. We all laugh as the twins plunge their faces into the cupcakes on the tray of their high chairs. Blue frosting and bread crumbs cover their faces. I hand my dad Dakota and Conner and I pick up the boys once they're done stuffing their faces. Paisley ran over and licked their faces. The boys laughed but I pointed to her and she turned away. I don't ever have to yell at my pup but she knows not to do something when I point.
"Are you guys having fun at your party?" They shook their head yes as we wiped their hands and faces with wet wipes. They started walking, more like wobbling out the door but before Bentley made it out he turned back to me.
"Momma?"
"Yeah baby?"
"I wuv you." And with that he was toddling out the door. My heart started melting and Conner and I walked out behind them to make sure they didn't fall. We would hold their hands but every time we tried they refused our hand. They're growing up to fast. "How about present time?" I asked everyone once I got into the living room. The boys and kids all cheered and we sat down helping Mason and Bentley open presents. "Here boys this is from granny and papaw." (Conner's parents) I handed them a medium sized present and once the wrapping was off it revealed two giant monster truck toys which happened to be there favorite thing right now. They screamed and squealed as they tried to get the truck out of the box. "Boys." I laugh "Boys you can play with them after. Open the rest of your presents first alright?" They nodded and opened all the other presents from our friends and family.
"I'll have to tell ma they liked them." Conner laughed. I agreed and took pictures of the boys opening their toys and few clothes. "Alright boys. Follow me to the garage please and you will find your toys." Everybody followed the wobbling twins to the garage and I videod it all. We got through the garage door and there sat two power wheels monster trucks. More squeals.
"Tank you momma. Tank you daddy!!!" They screamed together and climbed in the front seat of them both. Conner showed them how to go and reverse and steer. Once he was done instructing them, they raced down around the driveway. Everybody cheered them on as they raced to the grass.
"Mason! Bentley! Look here for a picture!" Amanda yelled to them. She was a photographer so she always took the pictures. "How bout mom and dad and sissy join?" she nudged me and I grabbed Dakota and walked over to where the boys sat patiently in their power wheels. "Say cheese!" She yelled. The twins held out a long cheeeesssse. Conner looked at me and smiled down at our little family.
"Nothing could be more perfect than this very second."
"Agreed."With that she took the picture and I knew that that picture would be one I'd look at in years to come.

AN:
I've actually had this written since yesterday but it took me forever and beyond to hit the publish button because I don't want this to be the end. I finally decided to though because I'm excited for the book I'm going to write after this. It is not a sequel I don't think. It's more of a spin off. You got a glimpse of Lindsey's life so how would you like to read her sixteen year old daughter Dakota's life. That's right she's all grown up in this book with her older brothers protecting her through school. They'll be living in Tennessee and of course Dakota is going to have herself a cowboy but there's one problem with that and that's he has a girlfriend already. It's gonna be called 'Lovin' The Cowboy' I hope you guys read it! And also I hope you guys liked this book! I enjoyed writing it. I know this chapter is short and I'm sorry, but I really didn't know what to put in it. Once again thanks for reading this book.
