this is a part 2 to 'winter soldier?' that i posted a while ago.

Your eyes glared straight ahead of you at a dark figure. One of your hands lifted and closed into a fist, causing the figure to shatter. The corners of your lips spread into a big grin.

"I did it!" you shouted, throwing your arms up and jumping up and down. "FINALLY."

Bucky and Steve stepped out of a bomb shelter, wearing big smiles as well. Bucky had cut his hair and shaved a bit, while Steve seemed to be doing the opposite. Their strong arms enveloped you in a hug.

"Who did you pretend it was?" Steve asked, releasing you from his grip.

"My old friends," you chirped, as if you wouldn't kill them if you saw them. "But, I guess I should thank them for making this happen." You gestured to the building you were in, and to Steve and Bucky.

The pair nodded, and your stomach growled VERY loudly. You immediately took the hint and suggested that the three of you got lunch. After arguing for a few minutes, you guys eventually settled on Panda Express, your favorite.

"Um, excuseee me?" you snorted. "Panda Express is the best, so you can leave."

"Have you HAD McDonald's!?" Bucky fired back. "Because you clearly haven't."

"Yes, I have," you spat. "Panda Express happens to be BETTER and HEALTHIER."

Steve just rolled his eyes and continued stuffing his face with orange chicken. He would occasionally hum in agreement or disagreement to something you or Bucky would say. Moments later, the arguement turned into an eating competition between Bucky and you. You had the advantage because Panda Express is amazing but Bucky didn't think so.

"What now?" you huffed, leaning back in your chair after the three of you finished eating.

"We should go to the mall," Bucky practically squealed, "and pick out outfits for each other!"

"Oh god," you groaned, "not the mall."

"Come on, [Y/N]," Steve sighed. "You can't avoid it forever. Nat has asked you many times for you to go with her."

"Bad things happen there."

"One thing happened there," Bucky argued.

"And it was a bad thing."

"We going to the mall," Steve finalized, making you cringe.

"Fine, but you can't make me enjoy it."

"BUILD-A-BEAR!" the war vets shrieked, racing towards the store.

"Oh my goddd," you groaned, dragging yourself behind them. "If this doesn't count as the second bad thing, I have no clue what would."

"Cheer up, [Y/N]!" Steve chirped, stuffing his Winter Soldier bear.

"Yeah, [Y/N]!" Bucky agreed, stuffing his Captain America bear nearby. "This is so fun!"

Suddenly, there a loud cracking and booming, followed by screams. You, Steve, and Bucky dropped everything you were doing and raced to see what was going on.

"This- this would be the second bad thing," you shrugged.
