[ gonna try and throw some angst, be readyy. ;) ]

You quietly trailed behind your group of friends as they chattered their little brains out. Honestly, ever since you got into highschool, you didn't like your friends much. They began to bully you, putting you into the hole of depression.

While they were wearing the basic PINK tshirts, black leggings, and white Converse, you wore a gray hoodie which sported a red star near the left shoulder, black jeans, and black Converse.

One of your friends cried, "look! over there!" followed by giggles. You looked, mostly because you thought it would be one of your heroes, who everyone thought you were crazying for. It's because they have powers, and you had a little bit of those too.

When you looked back to your friends, they were gone. And ironically enough, they were your ride home. You tried to stay calm, but the building started to shake, so you hid under a little coffee table in the center of the mall's walkway and curled into a ball. It took a few minutes to calm yourself down, and then the shaking and breaking of things stopped.

Feet approached you, from your view under the table, and crouched down, but wasn't looking at your. The man was wearing a henley, jeans, a cap, and sported long brown hair as well as the fact he was super ripped.

"Hey! Steve, Nat," the man called, before turning around to face you.

Your eyes were squeezed shut and a few tears trickled out of your eyes.

"What have I done, what have I done," you repeated in a whisper, slowly opening your eyes, which were wet with tears.

"You didn't do anything, no one is hurt," the man said, while someone else removed the table from above you.

Your eyes focused on the man's features; recognizing and scanning the details, before snapping open wide with bewilderment.

"Bucky Barnes," you gasped, a smile beginning to form.

"She okay, Buck?" another voice asked, as you jumped up.

"Yeah, I think she's perfectly okay," Bucky chuckled as you wrapped your arms around him in a hug.

[ A FEW HOURS LATER ]

"Thank you so much for bringing her home, boys," your mother gushed as you just rolled your eyes.

"Technically we're not-" Steve cut Bucky off.

"You're very welcome, but there is another thing we need to, uh, probably bring to your attention," Steve said.

"Come in, come in," your mom ushered.

"Moooomm," you whined under your breath as you shoved your hands in your pockets. You hated when she was like this.

Bucky, Steve, and your mother sat down at the kitchen table. Your mom at the head, and Steve and Bucky across from each other. And to keep yourself sane, you sat at the other end of the wooden table.

"When we first found your daughter, she was causing some sort of vibration  throughout the mall," Steve began. "We're not sure what she was going thro-"

"What he's basically saying is she might have super powers," Bucky cut Steve off, and jutted a thumb at you, who seemed nonchalant with the idea, due to the fact you've experienced your powers before.

Your mom's attention snapped towards you. "[Y/N]? Is this true," she alarmed.

"Mhm," you hummed with a raised brow and your arms crossed. "I've had a few 'incidents' before." You used air quotes to emphasize. "Remember that 'earthquake' at school?" you used air quotes again, amd your mom nodded suspiciously.

"Well, that was me," you smirked.
