((Mirage's P.O.V))
Yeah, I screwed it up badly. Cat hates me. Ford is being an aft and most soldiers and bots don't talk to me because they are angry I messed it up so badly. I felt horrible and all I could do was stare at the ceiling while laying on my bed. What else could I do? I had barely slept for the last three days. Cat was right, I ruined it for everyone. Why couldn't she just help me and forget about it just for a few weeks?
I gazed at the clock, 3 AM. I slid out of bed, I wasn't able to sleep anyways. I changed into my outfit and walked over to the office. Now Cat wasn't here I had so much more work. I now realized how much she had done for me, even I got angry at her for not telling everything with me. Around 9 Am, Ford decided to show up. He sat down behind Cat her desk without greeting me. I was somehow satisfied with how Cat treated him. She's not afraid of him at all. Ford had been so furious.

We both looked up as someone walked in. Surprisingly enough, it was Cat. What on earth was she doing here? My spark started to beat faster, was she here to talk to me? Maybe she thought about it and came back. Maybe she regretted what she said and her decision. "Get out, Ford... you're fired," she snapped. Ford got up, glaring at her. "Since when are you in charge!?" he sneered. "Whatever you want..." she said, loading her gun. "Leave or die..." she growled. "You are working on the same case for ten weeks... I would have finished that in one week. Now get the fuck out," she hissed.
Ford left and slammed the door closed. "Cat... you came back," I said. "Do you really think I am here to help you?" she growled as she sat down. "You're only good at messing things up..." she added with a growl. "Can't we start over?" I asked. "Shut up or I leave," she snapped, glaring at me. I looked down, focussing back on reading. I am more than happy she's sitting in front of me again. "Why did you came back?" I asked after two hours.

"They forced me... I didn't want to be here," she sulked. I felt another wave of guilt. "Mearing told me she's going to sent me to a mental hospital if I don't a free to help you. It's your fault I am here," she muttered. "You has to track me down because you're egoistical. You only care about what I know, nothing else. At least I enjoyed the two months being on my own."

"I felt horrible the last two months. Overwhelmed with guilt," I said, watching her to see her reaction. "Should I care about your feelings? I didn't drug you," she muttered mockingly. "I know you don't believe me, but I was afraid it might harm you. I was concerned, that's all. Sure, I thought it could help me, but I should've asked permission first," I said.
"Yeah, you should," she muttered. "How did you do it?"
"Do what? The killing part? Easy, holding a gun against my head and pull the trigger?" She mocked. "How did you survive? I saw your corpse!"

"I am immortal, I heal..."

She didn't look at me and it shocked me. "I maybe lied about my age, but who cares. I am not going to tell a traitor like you! Before I know you drug me again and this time I won't be lucky. I am not going to share any personal information with you! I am here to work and because Mearing forced me. Nothing else! Not be your friend, not be your partner!" I snapped.
"No, but you're forced to work for me! And I expect you to do your job!" I said a bit coldly. My exhaustion was acting up and I was mad, not at her but at myself for screwing it up so badly. Cat shot me a glare and got up "yeah, unfortunately, but if I have to chose between a mental hospital and you, then I rather pick you. Even though I doubt you're any better then a mental hospital," she coldly said before leaving.

I buried my face in my hands. I needed to know more about her, about what happened and her age. I needed her to trust me and help me with those cases. She's the only one with enough knowledge I help me figure out what the Decepticons are doing.

I later that afternoon called her back to the office. With heavy feet and a grumpy expression she strode in. Not even greeting me. "What?" She snapped. "I need your option... these cases about—"
"I know what they are about! Stop telling me things I already know. They're all murders with the exact same patrons!" She snapped. "Now what do you want from me!" I am not clairvoyant," she growled. "No, but perhaps you can tell me something more? Why are these people killed if the organization they are working for is so big!"

"It's not one organization, smart-ass! All these people are contact persons, messengers. They're killed because they form a threat and know to much. The guys behind it know they can't keep their damn mouth shut if we catch them. This one is from the Russian mafia, this one from the Italian mafia, this one from the Chinese mafia. They have connections all over the world. That's how they trade. It's a bit unusual tho, often they're in some sort of war. Apparently they are working together," She snapped.

"It's a patron, not only the way they are killed but also the time and place," she sulked. "Isn't obvious they work for the Decepticons? They maybe got a huge amount of money for helping them out, or they put a gun at their head and threatened to expose them. It doesn't matter, I have heard they want to make a deadly but efficient biological weapon. Don't ask me what it is, but I have my man in the underworld. Some sort of drug... they're building a weapons that's able to spread this biological weapon into the air and spread it all over the world. It's going to kill every single organic life form here on earth. I believe they want to make a Cybertron 2.0 and they're only able to do that by killing everyone on earth," I muttered.

"Hope you're happy, I gotta go..." she muttered, turning around. "Thanks..."
She huffed "yeah, whatever," she sulked. "Cat! I am serious, I am really grateful with your help," I said. "I told you before I am not doing it for you! I am forced to be here and I am forced to listen to a moron like you! So stop pretending I am here because I want! That's not true!" She sneered before leaving.
