Mirage has gone when I woke up that night. Luckily though, I didn't want him to stay. I groaned a little, the pain in my back is killing. I now realized how much Mirage had to be when he had these injuries. I didn't want to show anyone how much pain I am. I gazed at the small alarm clock next to me on the nightstand. 3 AM.
I slid out of bed, dressing up. I grabbed my bra, hissing a little as I put it on. I had to hold the sink, grasping it tightly as I fought against the horrible pain. Tortured for information but who sent him if it wasn't Mirage? Ford? Mearing? It doesn't matter right now, it's not going to change the pain in my back. I sat down on the toilet seat, pulling my dark blue N.E.S.T shirt over my head.

I added some make-up on my face to hide how pale I was from lack of sleep and pain. When I was done with the eyeliner and mascara I grabbed my boots, pulling them on before leaving. I almost forgot my guns. Quickly, I grabbed my holster attaching it around my left thigh before I left.
I settled behind my desk, working, and even did Mirage his work. Not because I wanted to do him a favor but to distract myself from the pain. "I thought you were still asleep..." an Italian voice spoke up. I glanced briefly at him "Why? Because you tried to drug me again," I snapped coldly. "No, because I thought you wanted to rest," he said. I huffed "I am fine," I snapped, getting up. "How long have you been here?" he asked. "Long enough to take a break," I grumbled, passing him.

"So, where are you going?" he asked, following me. "I don't know yet..." I sulked. He blocked my way "What if we have some breakfast together? Somewhere in downtown Washington?" he asked. I sucked in a breath "Aren't you busy?" I muttered. "You did all my work," he commented. I huffed "There's something else I need to tell you. I wanted to say it last day, but all that happened to you..." he began. "What is it?" I grumbled grumpily. "There's this camp... apparently a yearly camp," he began. I groaned "stupid rookies!" I cursed. "We are invited," he finished. "We? or you?" I muttered. "We..." he said. "You can go on your own if you want to go so badly," I sulked. "I am not leaving without you, besides we are both required to come," he said.

"That's bullshit! Why do they need two spies in a camp where they slaughter rookies!" I scowled. "You're so optimistic," Mirage muttered grimly. "It's a training, they're not slaughtering them..." he added. "I have been there four times, why should I come this year too? It's cold, it's muddy and it's useless..." I sulked. "We go together... Optimus orders," he finished. "great!" I muttered sarcastically. "Really what I need right now!" I snapped before storming off. "Cat, Wait!"

Mirage caught up with me "let's give you some painkillers, okay? I know you are suffering! I know it feels and I don't want you to feel this pain, alright?" I gritted my teeth but followed him to his room. "I stole some last day," he muttered as he grabbed a small bottle. I sat down on his bed and watched his sit beside me. "So, do you want to have breakfast with me or not?" he questioned. "No, I am fine..." I sulked, getting up. He gave a small nod, disapointed. I was still mad about the fact he locked me up in a cell. "Do you blame me for what happened the other day?" he asked. "Do you really want to know my answer?" I snapped. "You think I sent that guy?" he asked, getting up. His disappointment replaced for anger. "I don't know, you tell me. You proved I can not trust you... so I keep all options open," I groused. "That's ridiculous! I would never hurt you!" he spat out. "Of course you don't," I sulked, walking over to the door.

"You can keep blaming me for drugging you, but I can not change anything!"

"Oh please, Mirage! Don't give me that bullshit! I told you the consequences beforehand and to be honest, it's my fault and not yours. I trusted you and I guess that was the biggest mistake I have ever made in my entire life. I don't want to make the same mistake again," I growled before leaving. I slammed the door closed, storming off.

"Cat! I need to have a word with you..."

I halted and turned towards Lennox "Is it important?" I sulked. He gave a small nod and gestured me to follow him. I sat down in front of his desk, watching him like a hawk as he walked around his desk. "To get straight to the point... some bots are concerned--"
I cut him off "You mean that stupid spy!" I sneered. Lennox raised his hands "Not only him, Cat. I am talking about a lot of bots that are concerned. You tried to kill yourself, you're not admitting it but suffer from depression. It's not Mirage's fault if you had trusted him enough, none of this would have happened in the first place. He's worried and I can not blame him for that!" he said. "Excuse me! You had to assign that stupid spy! I was doing perfectly fine until that clown showed up! Besides, I knew the gunshot wouldn't kill me!" I snapped. "I have my tricks to just disappear... I am not going to explain it, that's my secret. Just you know, I don't have depression, only lack of trust in others!" I snarled.

"We all know that's not true... you do have a mental illness. You have had a mental breakdown before. Mirage is right, you can't do it on your own, you need him. Let him help you!"

"Like he did last time? So, drugging is helping?" I sneered. "In a way, yes. You didn't allow him to talk to you," he said. "It's my body! He has no right to decide anything for me!" I spat out, slamming my fist on the table. "You are right, it's not his fault. It's my fault because I trusted that donkey! I should blame myself," I groused. "I want you to talk to this person..." he shoves a paper my way. I stared it before looking at him "Do you really think I will talk to her? Do you really think I will listen to you? It's my life, my body, my mind, and my decisions. I don't need you to tell me a damn thing. Maybe I should consider the offer MI7 gave me..." I said as I got up. "Sit down, Cat..." Lennox groused. "No, I think we are done. If you want that person to keep living, I suggest you leave it," I warned before I left and slammed the door closed. "Jerk!" I scowled, walking over to my room.
