Yay, new fanfic. I'm going to be more creative with this one because now it's my second band fic and I have more of an idea of what I'm doing. As you know, BAHAYW was mainly about Vic so this one will be about Kellin. I hope I don't screw up the story line like I did last time, haha.
So yeah, enjoy it I guess.
Oh and to just add a few more details if any of you were wondering, BAHAYW barely had any smut because I never knew where to fit it in. So I'm going to try to put more scenes in here, but it all depends on how the story unfolds.
I've also decided that I'll be righting a sequel for BAHAYW, so look out for that.
Ok cool.

Chapter 1
I remember it so clearly. It had been a fresh, crisp night, not a thing out of place. The stars had to struggle against the city smog, but you could still see them. There was barely any traffic, and being Friday, many party-goers and evening pedestrians were strewed across the streets. I had my hands stuffed in the pockets of my hoodie, fighting back a slight chill. I had just come back from a get together with my friends, a get together that was crashed by a group of douche bags from our school. They had started a party, complete with alcohol and shitty music. None of my friends had protested, so we went along with it. I'm not much of a drinker.
But my best friend Hayley was.
"Kellin, it's so preeeeetty!" Hayley had giggled as she stumbled towards the riverside where the rushing water glittered underneath the pale moon. I had to admit, it had been a gorgeous sight.
The sounds of the cars trundling by on the bridge had not been enough to drown out Hayley's drunken chatter. She had just kept babbling on and on about absolutely nothing, and I had listened like the best friend I was. Sooner or later, she had begun to yawn as she skipped around the rocky shore.
"Hayes, I need to get you home." I had told her, because I was very concerned and it had been getting quite late.
She had rolled her eyes. "Bossy, bossy, bossy." Then she had begun running in the direction of the bridge. Well, more like stumbled. "Catch me if you can!" Hayley giggled as I had hurried to grab her before she did anything stupid.
The next thing she had done was uncalled for. Hayley had climbed up onto the ledge, swinging her arms about to keep her balance. My heart had started to race then, pumping blood in a frenzied panic. Hayley had begun to sing something about the stone ledge being a "tightrope". Being drunk and slightly off balance, Hayley had been walking without any caution at all, and one wrong move would spell out the end for Hayley Williams.
"Hayes, get down from there." I had said unsteadily, approaching her as slowly as I possibly could. Hayley had just sent me a giggly smile.
"It's so dark out here, Kellin. Sooooooooo dark!" Hayley had just kept on walking, admiring the sparkling river below and the darkness that had been unfolding around us.
I had nodded. "Yes, Hayley, it's dark out. You can't see anything, so you should get down." My order had gone unheard as she sung about the darkness and how much fun she had been having. I, on the other hand, had been internally screaming for her to get off the edge. Outside, I had to remain as calm as possible.
The next moment is something I dread to remember. Hayley had twisted towards me in what I thought had been defeat, throwing her arms up above her head. She had leaned back, as far as she could go until her foot had lost it's ground and slipped. I had screamed and tried to catch her, but she had not screamed on the way down. All I could do was watch as she hit the water, but I never heard the splash. I remember fumbling for my cell phone and how I had called so many numbers, screaming into each new ear. I had ran down to the shore, screaming Hayley's name. I had gone splashing into the water, but the current wouldn't let me go far. I had retreated to the rocky shore and collapsed into a shuddering heap.
