Ellesmere's POV

"Do you have a girlfriend? I asked. No reply. I knew I was pissing him off and it was fun.

"Does your girlfriend know you work for these douche bags? Can you ride a bike? How old were you when you stopped using training wheels? I never really owned a bike, I simply stole one."

"Is there a closet here cause I need to change outta these clothes? Can I get a hairbrush?."

The door grumbled loudly then opened wide letting Fury, Banner, Steve, Barton and Grumpy in.

"These aren't hairbrushes , they're people!!" I said to Grumpy who looked at me angrily.

"Storm? Stop!" Fury ordered.

I chuckled hysterically "I can't believe that name got sold, honestly. Yeah, my real name is Ellesmere."

As soon as I said my name, Maria Hill walked into the room holding a tab.

"Sir, you need to look at this, it just popped up." She held the tab out to Nick. He took it from her as his eye flickered through the screen for a while.

Maria stared grudgingly at me, i gave her a wide goofy smile. Fury began reading aloud what he saw on the tab.

I watched as the super heroes shared a confused look with one another.

"What sort of game are you playing, Storm?." Captain America asked looking straight at me.

My eyes drifted to the bandage on his right leg. "The kinda game that gets you injured.....all the time! "

"This information has not been in your file for the past six months. Now it's here, what exactly are you planning?" Fury asked handing the tab to Ms Hill.

"How many times do I have to answer that?" I asked feigning frustration.

"Just once!" Barton said.

I shrugged "I'm not planning anything but i do have to tell you that there's a force coming. Holy crap, what am i saying? They're already here."

"And I assume you aided them? " Captain America asked giving me a tough look, the kind he'd give Stark.

"Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups, Captain. And besides, i'd only aid them if we had the same goal but fortunately for you guys, we don't. "

"Fortunately for us? What do you mean?" Dr Banner asked, the only calm person in the room. Quite the opposite of his Shrek buddy.

"Yes Dr Banner, fortunately for you, i'm on your side now, although i really hate you guys ."

"Let's say, this 'force' is really coming. What would make you take our side? " Captain America asked.

"Well Captain, let's say, i'm doing you a favor!" I answered with a smirk.

In another three minutes, i was being led towards a massive black jet with my hands bound and a farewell committee behind me. Fury was moving me to the Avengers Tower.

My heart thumped rapidly in my chest. I didn't know why i was so nervous, the closer i got to him, the more i felt burdened with the responsibility of looking out for the both of us and something bad happening.

I knew he was there, he left with the others a while ago . Only Banner, Steve and Barton were left to escort me.

Ugh, the boring ones.

I'd have preferred Stark. I had no idea how i'd feel when i finally meet him. For gosh sake, Elles. He doesn't even know you. I thought.

The Jet took off from S.H.I.E.L.D's base heading straight for the Tower. The flight was weird and awkwardly silent probably because i was in it with the super heroes i despised and that was my first time in a jet.

Soon, the top of the Tower came to view, then i noticed someone standing at the tarmac, waving at us. He looked a lot smaller but when the jet landed, i recognized him - Peter Parker, the Spiderman.

"Whoa. Creepy criminal stopping by for. . ." he said as i walked in between Captain America and Clint with Banner behind us.

"I'd shut up if i were you Spider Man. Otherwise, you'd be the one getting caught in your own web." I said with a wicked smile as we walked further into the Tower.

It was beautiful and breakable and everything looked more Tony Stark. I enjoyed breaking stuff so this was the perfect place for me. And by the way, what was more fun than breaking stuff without having to pay for them?.

"So, where's my jail room, huh?" I asked no one in particular.

"You get a room this time, a real one but you don't get to go out of the Tower......ever!! " Captain America said.

"Huh? You can't do that, that's called grounding. I'm not a kid and you're definitely not my dad. I do not care if you're a hundred years older." I said making Steve roll his eyes briefly.

"But we're your guardians from now on." He said leading me up a flight of stairs.
