Seamus' P.O.V.

Emma gave me a book on metamorphagi so I would be able to understand it better. The part I looked at the most was the color chart for hair. Sometimes it would change for her emotion.

After the Yule Ball, everytime I looked over at her, I couldn't believe that she loved me. I couldn't believe that we were together. We still hung out like we did before, it just feels a bit different. A good different.

Emma came into the Great Hall for breakfast.

"Hey Seamus!" she greeted as she sat down, "Pity we don't have quidditch this year. I've been itching to go out and practice."

"Well, at least we get to watch the tournament. That should be cool."

"Yeah... cool."

"What's wrong?"

"Well, Riley was trying to convince Cedric not to enter the tournament because she sensed the feeling of death everytime someone mentioned it. But he didn't listen to her. He said he would be 'fine', and now Riley's stressing out."

I paused for a moment and looked over at the door, "Speaking of Riley, there she is."

Riley was walking into the Great Hall with Angelina Johnson. Angelina was trying to talk to her but she just stared at the ground. She sat down next to us.

"Hey Riley." Emma said.

"Hi Emma.." Riley answered sadly. She looked like she hadn't slept, as if she were too stressed out to close her eyes for even a minute.

"We better get to class." Emma said to me, "Gryffindor and Ravenclaw have charms together today."

"Alright."

I followed after her to charms class.

Proffesor Flitwick was standing on his pile of books as happy and jolly as ever.

"Proffesor Flitwick always seems so happy. It really brightens up the room." Emma said,

"Yeah."

-------------------------

Emma and I walked out of charms class, with books in our arms.

"That's three different essay's I'm going to have to finish in two days."

"I'm pretty sure you could finish them. Just.. don't go over the top this time. I'm sure it won't really matter to Proffesor Flitwick or McGonagall if you do at least as much as they tell you to."

"Yeah, I guess. But Proffesor Binns is so blunt about what he wants us to put in our essays. So, I'm just going to pile all of the information in there just in case."

"I still can't believe you can stay awake in that class."

"Why can't you?"

"I don't know. His voice makes everyone tired."

She rolled her eyes, "I can give you my notes then."

"You don't have to."

"Yes, I do. I refuse to let anyone I care about fail a class."

We passed by Harry, Ron, and Hermione.

"Hey Harry! Is something wrong?" Emma asked.

"It's just the tournament. It's stressing me out." He answered.

"Well maybe you should have thought of that before getting someone to put your name in the goblet." Ron said angrily.

"For the last time, Ron! I did not put my name in that goblet! And I didn't have anyone else do it for me either!" Harry yelled frustratingly.

Ron just glared and walked off.

"I honestly don't know what's wrong with him. Always mad about something." Emma said.

"The first task is tomorrow." Harry sighed.

"You'll be fine. Hagrid did tell you about the dragons. So, you'll be prepared." Emma reassured.

"Yes. And don't forget to read that information I gave you." Hermione pestered.

"Emma's came up with an idea." Harry said.

"Really? What is it?" Seamus asked.

"You'll just have to wait and see." Emma sang.

------------------------------

The first task was here.

"Go on Harry. We'll be cheering you on from the stands." I said, as Harry walked into the tent where the champions would be preparing.

Emma was waving at him.

"First up, Viktor Krum, from Durmstrang! Against the Chinese Fireball!" Ludo Bagman's voice rang over the crowd.

Viktor dodged and jumped out of the way as flames shot at him from the dragon.

The object was to get the golden egg away from the dragon.

Viktor Krum used the Conjunctivitis Curse on the Chinese Fireball, and it's eyes swelled shut. However, it began to stomp around and smashed some of the real eggs. So when Viktor got the golden egg he had some points deducted.

Next, was Fleur Delecour, facing a Common Welsh Green.

Fluer jumped out of the way of a flame, but not before it caught part of her skirt on fire. She quickly put it out, and continued to weave her way towards the golden egg.

Then, Cedric. Emma was looking at Riley, who shook nervously in her seat.

Cedric was able to make it through alive, and RIley seemed to relax a little.

Emma cheered when Ludo Bagman announced Harry.

"The Hungarian Horntail!" Ludo shouted, soon after.

"Seamus! That's the the most dangerous dragon breed in the world!" Emma said frighteningly.

"He'll be fine. What's the idea you came up with?" I asked.

"Just watch." She replied.

Harry had pointed his wand and shouted, "Accio, Firebolt!"

Harry's broom came rushing towards him. He got on it and and flew around the Dragon, attempting to reach the golden egg.

The dragon got free of it's chains, and flew straight after Harry.

We all looked towards them in fear, waiting to see what would happen. Harry flew off towards one of the towers, and the Dragon flew above the stands and out of sight. We couldn't see what was going on and Emma started to get nervous. We waited a while.

"What if-" she was about to say, but stopped when  she saw Harry flying back towards the nest. He grabbed the golden egg and held it up in the air.

Harry had recieved a great score, and we all met him by the tent when everyone was leaving.

"That was great Harry!" Hermione said.

"Well it was Emma's idea." Harry replied.

"But, you executed the plan perfectly. I'm not the one who faced the dragon." Emma said back.

 Ron trudged over to Harry.

"Hey Harry," he said, "I'm sorry I was being so rude. You couldn't have put your name in that goblet. I guess I was just jealous."

Harry smiled, glad to have his best friend back, "It's alright."
