"Well, I'm right in fronta ya." Korain taunts Taehyung with a dubious smirk on his mouth, guns pulled on each other. Only five minutes had gone by and they already wanted to kill one another after meeting. "Ya let othas do yer dirty work, uh? Ya told KB ta shoot me wit'out a second thought, Hyung." Taehyung remains quiet as Korain continues to spit venom, instead, focusing on where to strike; discretely examining his options.

"What's stoppin' ya from shootin' me?"

"This expensive coat."

Taehyung retorts, keeping his unbothered gaze on Korain as Korain glares back. I want to do something, but for some reason I'm stuck in place staring at the ground; I've killed two people already in cold blood and I can't even lift my head and stare at Taehyung for at least five seconds without looking away; afraid that he might catch my eyes on him and find a way to lure me back into that hellhole.

Our attention is drawn onto the clicking of heels traveling closer, my head turning to marvel upon the boss of Blue Rose. Jessi's shadow on the wall enters the foyer before she appears, standing tall and intimidating. She's wearing a red business suit, nothing underneath the jacket and burgundy stilettos that give her a few more inches in height. A red wine color paints her full lips and her sandy brown hair is slicked behind her ears.

The word dominant would be an understatement.

She peers down at everyone standing near the front door until her livid blue orbs land on the cocked guns both brothers were pointing at one another. "Mr. Kim," Her raspy voice echoes throughout the large foyer, expecting Taehyung to look toward her instead of at Korains head, where he lifts his pistol toward, aiming. "I apologize for the hostile welcoming." Not even blinking, she snaps her fingers; ordering Korain to put his gun away.

Korain grits down on his teeth before reluctantly doing what his boss demands after staring at his older brother with a glower, putting his hands up and flipping his gun around before placing the pistol back into his jacket. Taehyung slowly lowers his arm, but doesn't quite yet put the gun away, keeping his guard up for any sudden movements.

Jessi clears her throat, listlessly flipping the stray hair that had fallen over her shoulder behind her, setting her long acrylic fingernails on her hip. "I came to see why no one was in the dining room yet." Her eyes scan over everyone standing in front of her. "But, I guess that doesn't matter, dinner is slightly delayed. Everyone will be suited in a traditional Hanbok, a suggestion by the chef to make you feel more welcomed. Mr. Kim, I'll have a maid bring you to your room to be fitted, then you'll be called down." She snaps her fingers again and a maid comes running from behind her to escort Taehyung.

I glance over at him. He wasn't moving, only staring ahead. Jessi notices this too, opening her red stained lips to question her guest's action's, but he speaks out first. "I would like for y/n to take me to my room." My eyes widen upon hearing his words.

His gaze lands on mine and I quickly shift my eyes onto Korain. No way in hell would Jessi let this happen. She knows about my past with him. If I'm left alone with him then I'm done for. I close my eyes, hoping and wishing that Jessi doesn't allow this and is adamant that the maid takes him instead. My hand reaches for Korain's arm for protection, feeling his gentle fingers caressing the smooth skin on my knuckles to sooth my nerves.

Please, please, please, don't do this...

"Fine," I hold back the gasp screaming to be released as I jerk my head up at Jessi upon her agreeing to Taehyung's request. I know she knows that I'm looking at her with an expression of betrayal. "--but, I expect to see you at dinner?" She pointedly states, tilting her head to the bodyguards beside her who reveal AK-47's in the gun holsters underneath their jackets.
