I hope everyone is enjoying the books, and I apologise for the Marcus death....
Let me explain that a bit, before book four was finished, there was split reviews on facebook, some saying Marcus should leave, others saying he should stay, but a lot felt Marcus should be out the story but not by choice.
Now, writing the scene, I cried, like boxes of tissues, and knew from that moment, Marcus can not die, it wouldn't be right.
So, yes I let him die, to Alena and Jackson, and rather then ending the story there, I decided it would make for another great book in the series if he does not die!
So, here is book six, this book is written from different views, so if it switches from Marcus to Alena, it will be like this.

Then the next paragrath is obviously Alena. I write for myself, and I tried writing for some readers, but I could not leave Marcus dead, I still cry now when re-reading that scene back knowing he isn't dead!
