I stood in the kitchen. No idea what to do. Aketchi stood there with his arms crossed leaning against the wall. "Have you never had to cook before?"" He asked. "Kinda" I said rubbing the back of my head. Aketchi shook his head. "I wasn't serious about you making pancakes. That was a joke" he said. "To bad! I need to learn!" I said getting the measuring cup to measure things. He shook his head. "Wrong. Its the other one" he said as I reached for the pancake mix. I grabbed the other one that was the actual pancake mix. The other mix was mash potatoes. I measured the pancake mix and put it in the bowl. I measured some water and added that in. "Alright Catherine. Now take the mixer and mix that up" he said. I grabbed a spoon. "Wisk? Mixer? The metal one with barely any solid surface on it" he said pointing. I grabbed the on that he spoke of. It was this weird thing he just described. I started to mix it but I wasn't doing to good. Aketchi sighed and walked over. He stood behind me and grabbed my wrist. He put two fingers on the back on my hand and helped me mix. "Wrist movements. You act like a robot I swear" he said chuckling. I sighed and let him control my hand and wrist. "Not to bad though. With pratice you could learn to do many things cooking wise" he said as he let go and backed away from me. I turned and smiled. "Finish helping me?" I asked. "Sure" he replied.
We finished making pancakes as I heard the apartment door open. I turned and smiled to my brother. "Zetsu! We made pancakes for dinner!" I said. "We?" He asked looking at me and Aketchi. "Yeah. Catherine here cooked today. Of course I helpped. Don't want her burning the place down" Aketchi said. "Makes sense" Zetsu replied setting his book bag down. He was wearing a uniform for a cafe that was on central street. "Ihave to go to my second job soon. So I'll eat then go" he said. "I wish you didn't have to work so much" I said looking down. "Trust me I won't be working this much. Just for now I need to. I hope you understand Catherine" Zetsu said walking over to me. He grabbed the back of my head gently and leanded down to give my forehead a kiss. "Now you go eat and rest up alright?" He asked. I nodded. "Alright Zetsu" I replied with tears. He walked off into his and Aketchis room. I sat at the table and sighed. "So you know how to cook?" I asked Aketchi. "Somewhat. Not like your brother. Even after awakeing from a coma he still has so many talents and strengths. Its like he wasn't asleep at all" he said. "True. He was up and walking the second he woke up. Sometimes I believe he isnt even human and I'm his sister" I said. Aketchi chuckles. "That would make sense. Your brother was a strange guy. I could never understand him. No matter how hard I tried to" Aketchi commented as he ate his food. I ate mine as well. It was a silent moment again. My life was full of them. Still to full. "Catherine. You look worried" Aketchi mentioned. I looked away from my hands. "What would I be capiable of if I'm so useless?" I asked. Aketchi sighed and stood up. "Catherine. your far from useless. You just won't believe that to yourself because you havent found yourself yet" Aketchi said. He grabbed his empty plate and walked to the kitchen to wash it. I stood up. I had lost my appetite. I had a feeling he was right. Yet I had an idea of what it truly meant. I had lost memories. I had lost so much when my brother was beaten into a comatose state. Something in me was strong. yet I couldn't call upon that strength yet. I took a breath. Tommorow was the day we would steal Komoshidas heart. I had to get mentally prepared and stop worrying about myself for once. I had to grow up. I was tired of being a kid in everyones eyes. "Goodnight Aketchi" I said walking to my room and closing the door. I took my clothes off and got dressed into some pajamas. "Tomorrow I'll be helping the world" I whispered. I then laid down.
The next day the school was a mess. Everyone talking about the calling card meant for Komoshida. I stayed away from the crowds and went straight to class to avoid it all. Akira entered and nodded. "Ready?" He asked. "Yes. I might have a weak persona. I'm still gonna fight though" I said. He put a hand on my shoulder. "Your not weak. You have strengths as well" he said. "If you say so. I just hope this battle goes well" I said.
After school we entered the palace and made it to the treasure room. Yet we were stopped by Komoshidas shadow. That's when the fight against an nasty demon begun. We all kept attacking but it wasn't doing much. We needed someone to get that crown. "We need to send someone to get the treasure" Morgana suggested as we all hid in the middle of battle. "I'll go" I said. "I have the least effective persona. I do barely any damage. I might also be a little clumsy but I can do it" I said. "Joker?" The rest questioned. "Dont let us down princess" he said. I nodded. "Not going to" I said standing up. I snuck away and climbed up a pillar. The rest going back into battle. I looked right at the crown. I got ready to jump. I knew I could do it. I found the perfect time and caught it. I landed on the ground below with a roll. "The crown in my hands. They defeated Komoshida and the castle started to collapse. We all took off running. Dodging all sorts of debre. We made it to the real world. In our hand was a medal. Komoshidas source for his desires. His Olympic gold metal. I was to busy looking at the treasure in my hand to notice anything around me. "Catherine" Ann said. I looked up at her. She was pointing below me. I looked down and saw Akira. My head to his chest. My cheeks getting pink as I shot up. On my feet quickly. Holding out a hand to help him up.
