"What are we doing today?" Iris asks from across the dining room table.
"We are beginning the Change." My great grandfather says.
"What's that?" I ask.
"All my guards, that know about the experiment are getting all the American laws back in order." He says.
"Wait, America is coming back?" I question while choking on my orange juice.
"Of course, whenever an experiment ends everything goes back to how it was before." He says.
"Wow, is everything I read about it true?" I ask excitedly.
"Yes, Jessamine. Calm down and finish your food, when you are done we will all watch the Change." He says.
"Will America be back just after one day?" Ash asks surprised.
"No, of course not. It will take a few years to be put in order." He says.
"Will everything be back to how it was before?" Iris asks.
"Mostly, only a few small things will be different." He says.
"What will be different?" I ask.
"There will be no unemployed, or homeless." He says. "The laws will also be more enforced."
"That's all?" Ash asks.
"Those are the only major changes." He says.
"I'm so excited." I say. "Are we still wanted, the guards haven't tried to kill us yet."
"No, you aren't wanted anymore. I got the guards to negotiate with them." He says then winks.
"Thank God! Now we can finally go out in public without worrying about getting caught!" I exclaim.
"Freedom!" Iris chants then Ash and I laugh.
"Can we go watch the Changing now?" I say after finishing my food.
"Yes, follow me." Grandfather says then Ash, Iris and I follow him.
