Waya opened his eyes, a pungent smell of incense burned through his nose.
He was on a golden altar, hundreds of incense were offered around the altar.
He glanced around the room, not only was it empty, it was Athena's sanctuary.
He inspected himself, he had been bathed and adorned in silk garments.
He climbed down from the altar and made his way towards the door.
With his powers, he pulled the door open and stepped out of the sanctuary.
To his utmost surprise, millions of people who seemed to have been waiting for him fell to the ground chanting.
"Great god of bravery, god amongst men, we worship thee".
Waya couldn't believe it, he was being worshiped as a god, all his life he had wanted mostly recognition but now he had it, he felt sad, sad about his townspeople.
Sad that his townspeople worshipped deities who cared nothing about them.
"god of bravery" a voice rang behind him.
Waya tilted his head towards the voices' direction.
It was the high priest.
"We need to talk" Waya Ordered.
"Am yours to command"
Waya led the man into the sanctuary and proceeded to narrate the tale of Poseidon to him.
The old man listened intently to his tale, when he was done, the old man sighed.
"Poseidon is one of three god emperor's as long as the trident of the sea is his grasp, he's undefeatable".
"So the trident is his power"
"No, the trident is the power of the sea. Poseidon on his own is already too powerful for you".
"What do I do?"
"You will have to get more power"
"How do I do that"
'Go to Egyptian god's, ask for help".
"And if they refuse?"
"Then it's over "
"Point me in the right direction".
"Look for Ra, the sun god"Waya left Malabour in search of Ra the sun god.
With his powers, he propelled himself towards the sun.
The closer he got to the sun, the hotter it became, as a god he was impervious to mortal dilemma such as temperature but he was sweating profusely.
He was now in the full glare of the astronomically massive star.
His garments had been long vaporized by the heat of the sun.
He knew if he went into the sun there was a chance he wouldn't survive but if he didn't, Poseidon would win.
Naked and desperate, he dived into the sun.
He zoomed past the sun's hot plasma and headed straight for the core.
The further he went, the harder it became, his body began to incinerate.
He knew if he didn't find Ra soon he'd die.
He could do nothing but watch in horror as his body began to burn.
He was about to embrace death with bravery when he heard a voice which boomed with the intensity of a thousand trumpets.
"Get in child"
Waya turned towards the direction of the voice.
The sight his eyes met caused him quake in his boots.
For in his ferry was the sun god Ra.
Instantly, Waya hurled himself into the ferry.
