Chapter 15: Jealousy?

Harvey's P.O.V.

After that subject I haven't seen her again.

When we were at the cafeteria, I saw her there eating alone.

I'm really confused that there's a huge part of me that says I should go there. Why am I like this?

A few minutes later, she stood up and walked out of the cafeteria. I stood up to follow her.

"Where are you going bro?" Calix asked beside me.

"I just need to go to the bathroom." I reasoned. I'm not telling him that I was going after her. He might think that I have some feelings for her. Which, is not true.

"Just be back before class starts." I nodded at him and quickly followed her.

I was a few meters away from her. Just so that she won't feel me.

'Where is she going?'

I followed her till she stopped.

She clutch her head and groaned.

I was about to go after her, when that nerd guy in our class quickly catched her falling body.

Darn! I should be the one who saved her.

I followed where he took her. It was the clinic.

I hope she feels better.

*sigh*

All day. I haven't focused on my class. I was worried if something happened to her. I was just sitting there wearing a blank expression and didn't hear a word the teacher said.

After classes. I decided to go to the clinic to check on her.

"Where are you headed bro?" X asked me.

"Just follow me."

We walked till we got to the clinic.

"What are we doing here?"

Then a nurse appeared.

"What can I help you gentlemen? "

"Where did the last patient go after she was here?"

"Wait. Let me check."she then proceeded to the log book.

"Was the name of the patient Angel?"

"Yes."

"What happened to Angel, V?"

(V is Harvey's nickname.)

I didn't have the time to reply. The nurse already spoke.

"Oh. I think I saw her pass by here on my way to my shift. We met when she was discharged. I think I saw her near the parking area."

"Thank you miss." Calix said behind me.

We went out of there and went to the parking area.

On our way there, I heard laughters.

"Oh, my.*laughs* you're such a joker David."then the voices laughed again.

The voice seems familiar.

I walked further to hear more.

"You shoud've heard of the other one." A voice said while laughing in mid sentence.

I was nearing the voice. Then on my turn, I saw Angel and that nerd guy talking to each other.

They didn't notice us since I hid at the corner wall. They were busy laughing with each other.

I felt fire through me. And like a volcano trying to explode. What's wrong with me?

They were nearing the exit. She then faced him and said goodbye. What happened next made me want to punch his face.

HE HUGGED HER!

After that she went inside the car and opened the window to wave at him.

Why were they close?!

"V, mom texted. She said that we should go home. We should all be there for dinner."Calix informed me.

I walked straight to his car, not saying another word.

Why am I acting like this? I'm not even close to her.

Calix entered and drove. I think he understood I'm not in the mood to talk and didn't ask questions.

I groaned in my head.

God! Harvey! what happened to you?!

Am I jealous?

Nah. I don't have feelings for her.

This is all because of my problems.

It's not about her.

I repeated that thought again and sigh.

He's a thief Harvey. Follow her.

Right.

She remembers. I just need to find more evidence. So that she could be out of my sight. I'm sure of what I'm feeling right now is nothing. It's just my problem.
