"Are you okay now?"Lucas asked and I nod, taking a bite from my lunch. "I'm better now. Just a little bit sleepy."I said with a small smile. "What time did you went to sleep last night?"He asked. "4? I didn't look at the time."I said and he shook his head. It was currently lunch time and Lucas dragged me down here to eat since it's "the best time to socialize" as he said.
"I have a date today, with the girl I met at Jungwoo's party."He said and I looked at him.
"When does—"
"We exchanged phone numbers, and we've been talking."He said. "Older or younger?"I asked. "Older by one year."He said, smiling and I grinned, leaning in to mess up his hair. "My Lucas is going on a date today!"I said, messing up his hair. "Hey!"He said pushing my hand away and I laugh. "This hair took me 5 minutes!"He whined, putting his hair back to normal. "I hope it went well today. Tell me how it went."I said with a smile.
"I've been on three dates since I've known you but you've never been on one."He said and I rolled my eyes, putting a spoonful of rice inside.
"Are you—"
Before he could finish his sentence, Doyoung sat down beside me, with his tray of food. "Didn't I tell you not to come to school today?"He asked calmly, looking down into his food and taking a bite. I looked at Doyoung and back to Lucas. Lucas squint his eyes at the two of us before leaning in. "Is there something going on between you two?"He asked.
"No."I said quickly.
"Yes."Doyoung said at the same time before looking at me, one of his cheek stuffed with food. "No."He said. "Yes?"I said, unsurely at the same time as he did.
"Well we—"
"Soyeon-ah!"Lucas said loudly and excitedly. "Why don't you two be with me today? We can have a double date!"Lucas exclaimed and I immediately shook my head. "She needs sleep."Doyoung said, not looking up from his food. "Ah,"Lucas trailed off.
"After she took a sweet nap, why don't Doyoung—"
"I have business to take care of."
"Well after—"
"I'm busy."
Lucas huffed and looked at me. "Fine, enjoy your nap and business. I'll just go on a date alone."Lucas huffed. "Isn't that what you're supposed to do?"I asked, confused at his thought. "Can't you see that I'm trying to set your first date?"Lucas said and I stomped on his foot. "Soyeon!"Lucas winced, and I rolled my eyes. I turned to Doyoung and see him eating his food silently. "Why are you here anyways? I thought you're with Youngheum?"I asked. "He's busy. The tables are full."He answered bluntly and I huffed, having no mood dealing with his blunt answers.

"Fine, yes. I'm gonna be there."I said through the phone. "I really want you to meet her. She's really fun."Lucas said through the phone. "Okay, I'm gonna be there in a few."I said, hanging up. I just woke up from my nap and he called me a few minutes after. I get ready and grabbed my bag before walking down the stairs. The house is empty and no one is home yet. I went through my contacts and press Doyoung's name.
Soyeon: Are you free now?

I wait for his reply. I went to the kitchen to grab a glass of water before going back towards the living room. I grabbed my phone and saw that he has replied.
Doyoung: i'm busy.
