JESSICA’S POV

Nagccram na ko. May homework nga pala kami mamaya at nakalimutan kong gawin. Okay, its not like first time kong makalimutan kaso kasi mahaba yung homework ngayon kaya nagccram ako.

“J! C’mon! Im hungry!”

“Done!” I said as I finished doing my homework. “Tara kain na tayo.”

“Sa bahay kasi ginagawa yung homework J!”

“Look who’s talking Max.” I said sarcastically.

“Sabi ko nga eh. Hahaha.”

“Can someone tell me how did you two survive three years of college.” Sabi ni Z.

Pumila na kaming apat sa bilihan ng pagkain. Apat, I mean, me, Zian, Max and Hell. Max and Hell, well, they’re still together. I didnt even know how come we’re friends with them. But yeah, we’re cool.

We learned to live with it.

Nagsorry na samin si Hell. Matagal bago namin siya napatawad. But hey, three years is three years. We’ve all moved on from it.

We havent heard from C for three years. But I totally understand. She’s moving on. And keeping in touch with us would be hell for her since we will surely be a constant reminder of Hell.

“Tama! Ang tamad niyong dalawa! Yolo forever.” Sabi ni Hell sabay akbay kay Max.

“Ang sama mo babe! Di kaya kami tamad! Masipag lang kaming magpahinga at gumala.”

“Check!” Tapos nag-apir pa kami.

Sobrang close namin ni Max. But that doesnt mean na napalitan na niya si C sa buhay ko. What is 3 years compared to 16 years right?

“Sabi ko nga Babe hindi ka tamad.” Sabi ni Hell pagbaba niya ng pagkain nila sa table.

Max kissed Hell on the lips.

“Yuck! Stop PDA-ing infront of us.” Sabi ko.

“Tell me why are we friends with those two again.” Bulong ni Z sakin.

Natawa naman ako dun.  May mga times na hindi parin okay si Z na nakipagkaibigan kami sakanila. Prolly because he’s the one who saw the broken hearted C that night and not me. So its harder for him.

But we both know na walang kasalanan si Max sa nangyari. She’s also a victim of this crazy plan just like C.

“Hahaha! Cmon Z! Three years is three years.” Bulong ko sakanya.

“Still. He’s the sole reason our bestfriend is not here. Dont tell me napalitan na ni Max si C?” Bulong niya ulit.

I punched his arms. “No way in hell!”

“Inggit ka lang J! Bakit kasi hindi nalang kayo ni Z?” Sabi ni Max.

“Oo nga. You two look good together.” Sabi naman ni Hell.

Nagkatinginan kami ni Z. Tapos sabay kaming natawa. “Kami? Baliw ba kayo? Hahaha.” Tawang tawa na sabi ko.

“Ewan ko sainyo! Kundi kayo nagp-PDA. Pinagttripan niyo kami. Nakakaloka ha.” Sabi ni Z sa tabi ko.

“What? Ang cute niyo kaya!” Sabi ni Max.

I was about to speak ng biglang matahimik yung buong caf. Literal na natahimik yung mga tao.

I looked where everyone was looking.

“Oh my gosh.”

Saying I was shocked was an understatement.

“Missed me?” Sabi nya ng makarating siya sa table namin.

“C.”
