Yn's POV

The victim of our later case was found dead in his car. And when we breached his house, we found guns. Lots of them. So now here I was with Mouse in the garage cataloging each and every one of them. However, after about 3 dozen guns, we got hungry and decided to take a break. During that time, I made us some Kraft macaroni and cheese. And now we were sitting around a big pot filled with noodles. "The last time I had this was when I was like 10" Mouse said. "Same here. It was the only thing in the kitchen though. What if it was Voight's" I ask. We both looked at each other and then started laughing.

"Imagine Voight just sitting at his kitchen table at home eating a bowl of Kraft" Mouse said which sent us into another fit of laughter. "Hey guys" Adam said and entered the garage. "Voight sent me down here to help. What's going on?" "You can take my seat Adam" Mouse said and got up. "I've got other stuff to do." Mouse then turned to me. "Don't say anything about what just happened." "I promise I won't" I say. Adam then took the spot across from me and I handed him a spoon. "Eat up. We're going to be here for a long time."

A while later, Sean came downstairs. "Yn" he said. "You know that boy Andrew I was going to give a bone marrow transplant to?" "Yeah" I say. "But then it didn't work out." "Well, I showed him your picture a while back, and he's been wanting to meet you ever since. He calls you the Pretty Eyed Police woman, that little flirt" Sean said. "Adam" I say. "I'm going to be right back." I then headed upstairs with Sean. He lead me into a room where Andrew was.

"Andrew, I brought you a visitor" Sean said. "Hey Andrew" I say and stick out my hand. "It's nice to meet you." He shook my hand in return. "Whoa. You've got a firm handshake for a a kid. That gets you one step closer to being a police" I say. "Sean's told me all about you" Andrew said. "He said that you guys used to work together, but then you got promoted." "That would be correct. And I would love to spend more time with you Andrew, but I have a ton of police work to get back to. It was nice meeting you buddy" I say and exit the room.

"It was nice of you to try and save this boy's life. Even if it didn't work out to well" I say to Sean. "In my book, that makes you an excellent police officer." "Thanks Yn" he said. "But I should be saying that to you. You're the one who's in Intelligence." I laughed. "I'm pretty sure the only reason Al brought me to Intelligence is because I was the most stick to the books kind of cop that there ever was" I say. "I've got to get back to work though. I'll talk to you later Sean." I gave him a hug before heading back down to the garage.

Later that day, one of the guns we cataloged came back as stolen. So Adam and I brought it upstairs to show the team. "What have you got" Voight asked. "About halfway through cataloging Cullen's arsenal, we got a hit on this thing. An M24 Army sniper rifle. The only one so far that came back stolen. Came off an Army Reserve base out in Arlington Heights" I say. "The suspected thief is a reservist by the name of John Lee Radigan. He was an Army Ranger, joined the reserves two years ago when he got back from Afghanistan. Went AWOL from reservist training six months back" Adam said. "Ladies and gentlemen, our third operative: a trained killer" Jay said. "The colonel on the base said it was an internal matter, but he did give us Radigan's LKA: an apartment in Oak Park" I say. "Send us the address" Voight said.

After the case had been solved, it came to my attention that Adam had gotten his gun and badge back. "This calls for a celebration" I say and sit on Adam's lap. I then turned to face him. "Want to come to my place? We can celebrate there if you'd like." I winked at him. Adam nuzzled his nose against my cheek. "I would love that. Let's go." I got off of Adam and pulled on my jacket. "We're heading out" I tell everyone. "Have a good night kids" Al said. Adam then laced his fingers with mine and we walked out of the district.
