Was Never Enough

Alyssa: I was just waiting for him to come . The moment Kady told me to about Blake's call . We all started yo panic . It was just yesterday when he had thrown everyone out and now he is taking me out .

Both of them pushed me with thousands of clothes to try out . I am not a person to get all dolled up for someone but as Sebastian says that guys like it when there girls go a bit extra for them .

So here I was sitting in sofa all dressed up . I was excited the whole day but now with every minute passing by I was getting more and more nervous .

Then my phone buzzed and I was about to pick it up but Seb snatched it .

" oh it's the lover boy " he shouted .

" give it to me . Wait noooo"

He attended the call and smirked my way . I wasn't able to understand anything . He talked in really hushed voices and I waited for him to give my phone back .

The call ended and he gave me the phone .
" He'll be here in about 15 minutes and he wants you to make some of your special pasta for the special occasion "

" But I am all dressed to go out and now he wants me to cook . You do it . He won't even find that it was you "

" No Aly he very specifically told me that you should make it ."

" ok then I'll make it ."

I turned my hair into a ponytail and proceeded to make pasta .

Pasta was about to get ready and I was really pissed at Blake . First he wants me to get ready and then forces me to cook . And now I am exhausted . I kept standing right next to the stove preparing and the dress was getting uncomfortable . He knows that I don't wear such clothes but still I did for him and now look at him .

It's not like I don't like cooking for him but I don't really like changing plans at the very last moment . If he had told me earlier I would have prepared it before getting ready .

I was in all my thoughts when an arm came around my waist pulling me back and I know it was Blake.

He kissed my shoulders so lightly and kept his chin on it .

" hey you look lovely today . "

" hmm "

I said while stirring the pasta . It was almost done .

He turned me around in his arms and kissed me on the lips . I kissed him back but cut it short as I went back to cooking .

" why are you cooking when I had already told Sebastian that we will be going out and I mentioned that we'll be eating out "

" WHAT... but he said ...."

I was interrupted as Seb entered the kitchen .

" oh I forgot to tell you Al it was me who wanted to have your wonderful pasta ."

And then he started to laugh and was later joined by Kaden .

" yaa he had just made that up and it was a real fun to look at your pissed of expression ."

I looked at Blake to say something but surprised when even he chuckled .
I hit him in the stomach with my elbow . And all of them started to laugh again .

" you should have told me that earlier . I would have made it for you even but what you did is is "

" fun " and again the laughters .

" no its cruel and now make the rest by yourself I won't make it " I said grabbing onto Blake's hand as I lead him out .

He just followed back swiftly and kept silent . I stopped when we reached his car . I looked at him and arched my eyebrow.
