~Max's POV~
I wake up to Billy yelling at me to check the mail I grown and slowly get up putting my shoes on and walking outside to check the mail I open the little door thingie and see a couple of things I pull them out and look through them. Bills, Bills, coupons, a letter that reads Max, more coupons. Wait a letter that reads Max? I quickly hide that in my jacket and take everything back inside and place everything else on the table and run to my room before Billy yells at me. I close my door and sit on my bed slowly opening the letter and read...

Hey Max its it's me [name]
I know what you might be thinking you never write letters so why now? Well I moved back to Derry and I got Mike to give this to you if he didn't then I'm sure you found it somehow. I just wanted to tell you that in the short time of moving here, getting to know you and becoming good friends that I'm so glad I got to know you and I feel honored to know someone who is so strong and fragile at the same time. I'm glad that we're twins when it comes to that. So Maxine Mayfield (yes I did that on purpose) thanks for being my second girl best friend that I made in Hawkins, I hope to be there again soon that way I can hug you and never let go

I didn't realize it but I was crying and somewhat hard I quickly wipe my tears and fold the paper up putting it in a box that I keep with all my memories that way Billy doesn't think it's trash. I wipe my eyes some more and smile
Damn I'm going to miss her I hear a knock on the door and quickly but carefully hide the note and Billy walks threw the door "I thought I told you to get the mail" I try not to make a face "I did check the table counter" he makes a face and closes the door making me fall back on my bed and sigh
