Street Bound

Chapter 12

The pounding sound of paws hitting the rock hard ground, and the heavy breathes of Zeus,Raven,Bronx, and Sasha. Was all that could be heard through the forest as they all looked for their beloved Zuma wondering what could have happend to her.

Zeus was the first one to slow his pace catching his breath. "There's no point into to keep running. We have ran every inch of this wood and haven't even caught a scent. Someone must have taken her." He growled out the last bit his anger getting the best of him.

Raven whined but nodded in agreement "Yes even though I don't want to I agree. She's no where here. Either the pound got her some how or a rival pack" she pondered for a minute before something clicked in her head. "Guys I think I may know where she is. Rather who took her..."

She didn't give them a chance to respond as she darted off into the direction of the city towards a very familiar pack. She slowed coming to the junkyard entrance where a golden, a shepherd, a boxer mix, and a chihuahua stood in a circle. She held her breath as she entered her pack behind her.

The first one to notice their arrival was the boxer mix as his ear flicked and nose raised to the air. "Well well look who returned. Back for some more scars Raven?" The boxer mix or Rebel snapped as he trotted over to Raven and her friends

Raven stood her ground briefly glancing over at her stitched up leg. She growled a warning "I'm not here to start anything Rebel." She said his name like it was a venom dripping in her voice.

Zeus came forward this time not cowering or showing any fear as Keesha,Taylor, and Bobo joined their pack member to face their rivals. "Nice mark you got there." He referred to Keesha's back half torn and scarred where Zeus forced her to drop Raven and he bit into his behind quarter. She snarled taking a threatening step forward. Zeus didn't move yet also took a step forward to where his nose and Keesha's were almost touching.

Bobo snarled behind Keesha and the shepherd backed up "This isn't over" she whispers huskily where only Zeus could hear causing his eyes to narrow and he showed his impressively large teeth. "What do you want mutts." The chihuahua snapped trying to get on with the point

Raven cleared her throat and then spoke "We know you took our pack member, and Zeus' female. We won't cause any issues if you just hand her over unharmed." She hissed as more of a statement rather than asking for their pack member back.

The golden, Taylor, smirked as she turned around and grabbed ahold of some chain in which was attached to something it rather someone who was whining slightly. As the figure emerged there stood a very wounded Zuma. Her belly still flat as she wasn't that far along.

Zeus' muscles clenched in anger as he started trying to charge when Sasha grabbed his tail "What the fuck do you think your doing!?" He snapped at the female who shook her head and watched Raven wince as if every bit of pain Zuma was feeling she was the pain too.

The jack Russell snarled "What. Did. You. Do!?" She shook with anger her legs ready to throw herself at one of the rivals at any given moment. "Proving a point to not mess with us. Such an easy target leaving a pregnant female unattended. All we had to do was threaten her poor non existent pups and bam she came willing." Keesha snicker in a matter o factly way. This caused Zeus to shake even more and Sasha chose to let go as she male pounced on the Shepherd.

In a blur there was a quick snap as Zeus snapped the Shepherds neck so fast she wouldn't have known what hit her. The next moments were a blur to Raven as chaos and tragedy broke out upon the two packs.
