"I still can't believe Fraser let you join!" I exclaimed as Vivian chuckled in the driver's seat. Fraser had surprisingly allowed Vivian to attend Lakewood High with me, without me having to ask him.

Last night, Vivian had left me with my thoughts after informing that she'd joined Lakewood. This morning, I finally got the chance to ask her how it happened.

Vivian laughed, "I know right! We didn't even have to do anything."

She indicated and turned her large car into the school's parking lot. She swiftly swerved into a vacant spot and switched off her car.

"Let's go," I smiled.

After we completed all of the formalities: collecting her timetable, diary, the administration lady welcoming her, yadda yadda, we walked to the library, where I usually met the guys in the mornings.

"Hey, Josh!" I smiled.

"Hey Raven," he grinned back, then he looked at Vivian and his eyes widened, "Vivian!"

Vivian went in for a handshake and instead, Josh pulled her into a hug, "Welcome!"

"Thanks," Vivian laughed, patting Josh on the back.

"Vivian, you finally joined?" Brent's voice said from behind Josh as Josh moved aside.

"Yeah," Vivian smiled, "Finally."

"Well," Brent said, shaking Vivian's hand, "You've already got us."

He jerked his head behind him, where Josh, Aidan and Zayn were standing too. Aidan nodded at Vivian and Zayn flashed her a dimpled smile.

"Show me your timetable, sis," Josh said, clearly these two were going to be trouble.

Vivian handed him his timetable and Josh skimmed through the table, "Wait, you have exactly the same classes as Aaliyah, how is that possible?"

Vivian and I shared a look, knowing exactly how that was possible.

"Coincidence?" Vivian shrugged.

"Probably," Josh scratched his head, "Well, in that case, we have two classes together!"

Vivian grinned, the more they hung out together, the more it seemed as though they were related, "I feel bad for the teachers."

Josh smirked, "Oh Vivian, I've got that covered, now we make them feel bad for themselves."

....

"I am madly in love with you," Josh said to me, holding both of my hands softly, "Will you be mine?"

I blushed, "I...," Screw it, "Yes, I will."

I squeezed his hands lightly and he grinned. His gaze moved from my eyes to my mouth and our lips gravitated towards each other.

"Amazing!" Ms Chapman clapped, her voice booming through the classroom.

Ms Chapman was our Drama teacher. She was a short, chubby, middle-aged lady with short auburn hair and fair, wrinkled skin.

"Thank you," Josh bowed, we were put into a pair to perform a romance scene if you didn't realise.

"You may take a seat," Ms Chapman said. Ugh, finally, we did circuits this morning in PE, and my muscles were aching.

Ms Chapman began calling more people up to perform. Since our class wasn't exactly 50-50 gender-wise, there were some straight people that were paired with people of the same gender, and you can only assume how awkward that was, for the performer and the audience.
