Chapter 27

Chloe would be fidgeting in her seat trying to keep still as she'd watch Beca pace back and forth in front of her. After going to see the two houses the couple had decided to put a bid in for the newly built and furnished house, which they could then re-decorate the way they want it.

"Uh huh... Okay.. Yeah, yeah.. Thank you.. Bye", Beca would hang up the phone putting it on the side now as she'd keep her eyes focused on the floor.

"What happened? Did that other couple bid more money?", Chloe would stand up now putting her hands in a prayer position as she'd continue to watch the brunette.

"Uh no I was just trying to work out how to break the news to you", Beca would glance up at Chloe now slowly making her way towards her.

"Did we not get it?", Chloe would pout her lips slightly, feeling disappointed as she'd reach forward and grab Beca's hands.

"The bad news is you're gonna be stuck with me under the same roof because we got the house", Beca would now smile up at the redhead laughing as she'd receive a playful punch to the arm. She'd continue to smile as she'd watch Chloe's expression change from sad to ecstatic as she'd be pulled in to a hug and forced to jump with her.

"I can't believe this!", Chloe would put her hands on either side of her face as she'd look over at Beca after pulling away. "We have a house together and-"

"We're gonna live together", Beca would finish her sentence.

"Can I ask for one more thing though?", Chloe would step forward again slinging her arms around Beca's neck now.

"The first thing you asked for was a house so what else is it you want", Beca would sarcastically roll her eyes earning herself a slight push from her girlfriend as she'd smirk to herself.

"Can we not move in until you're home from your tour?"

"Why?", Beca would ask her.

"Cause I don't want us to move in and live together for a week, for you to then leave me in this big house alone for 4 months", Chloe would start to ramble before being shushed by Beca who'd be smiling.

"If that's what you want princess then that's what you'll get", Beca would wink before pecking Chloe softly on the lips.

"I don't deserve you", Chloe would mumble as she'd rest her forehead against Beca's.

"I can think of a couple of ways you can repay me", Beca would whisper back leaning in to kiss Chloe again before being stopped by a hand that covered her mouth. She'd open her eyes to see Chloe smirking back at her while stepping back.

"You have a tour to pack for Miss Mitchell", she'd walk past her running her fingers up Beca's arm while biting her lip. "Then I'll show you everything you're going to miss while you're away", she'd whisper slowly before walking behind her towards the bedroom swinging her hips slightly, catching Beca's full attention.

A week later Beca would be sat in the recording studio with Ben, Dan and Aubrey talking about the next few months on tour. Dan and Ben would be going with Beca for the whole 4 months, travelling with her to each state and show and making sure everything ran smoothly. Aubrey would be going to the first couple states and shows before coming back home to start finalising details about a second and final album at the label.

"So, you're first show is tomorrow night and then from there you have a show almost every other night until we get to Miami. There we have a break from performing for a week before it starts back up again until we finish back here in LA", Ben would be reading from his phone to Beca who was sat on the couch opposite him.
