Happily ~ Draco Malfoy

Y/N), come on! We've been together for a month and a half and you still won't mention it to anyone," Draco said, frowning at you.

You let out a loud sigh and leaned against the railing of the astronomy tower.

"Look, we just need to keep it on the down low for a while. When Harry finds out, he'll-"

"Is that what this is about? You don't want Harry to know?" Draco asked, turning to face you once more.

You closed your eyes and slowly nodded.

You and Harry were siblings; when he was sent to the Dursley's, you were sent to an orphanage. You both were aware of each other's existence, but had never met each other until the sorting ceremony when they called Harry Potter up to the hat and were reunited in Gryffindor.

Draco and you have been together for a while and you told him to keep it quiet for a bit.

"Harry bloody hates you! He won't want us to be together," you said sadly, not looking at him.

Draco slowly turned you so that you were facing him and your back was against the railing.

"Listen, (Y/N)..." Draco started, placing one hand on your hip and the other gently cupping your cheek.

"I love you, okay? Harry isn't going to stand in the way of us; I won't let him," Draco said softly, pressing a kiss against your forehead.

"I love you too, Draco..." You answered, giving him a small smile.

At the end of the night, you had promised that by the week's end, you would tell people about you and Draco.

However, you were still putting that off.

You were sat on a bench in the courtyard, working on the homework Professor McGonagall had assigned, when a boy you had only seen a few times before took a seat next to you.

He kept looking at you up and down while also turning back to his friends every now and then.

"Can I help you with something?" You snapped, slamming down your quill.

"Oh, definitely," he winked, scooting closer to you.

"Excuse you?" You retorted, moving away from him.

"Are you free this weekend, gorgeous?"

"No, I'm not. So, if you could please go now, I-"

"Come on! Why not?" He asked, placing his arm around you. You quickly shoved him off and stood up.

"Leave me alone, alright? Get it through your thick skull! I'm not interested!" You shouted, grabbing your belongings. Suddenly, he took hold of your wrist.

"Gimmie a chance, babe," he grinned.

"Get your hands off my girlfriend, you git!" Said a voice out of nowhere.

You turned around to see Draco storming over to you.

He immediately shoved the guy away from you, people beginning to watch as the drama unfolded.

"Your girlfriend? You wish, Malfoy" the boy spat.

Without hesitation, Draco pulled you towards him and slammed his lips against yours. You were clutching onto him so that the boy would get the message.

When he pulled away, he placed his arm around your waist protectively.

"Get lost," Draco said through gritted teeth. The boy didn't hesitate to run.

"Are you okay?" He asked softly, pulling you into a hug.

"Yeah, I'm alright," you responded, burying your face in his neck.

You then noticed the crowd of people who had accumulated. All of them had a look of surprise on their faces.

Then, you saw your brother, Harry, in the mix, also looking surprised.

You had been searching for Harry all day and saw no sign of him. You went up to the common room and there you saw him sitting with his two friends, Ron and Hermione.

"Harry, can I-um... Talk to you for a minute?" You asked, gesturing for him to follow you.

He looked at his friends and then back to you before getting up. You both moved until you were out of earshot.

"Harry, I-"

"You're dating Malfoy?!" He whisper-shouted.

"You gotta believe me when I say he's not a bad person!"

"How long have you been together?!"

"Around a month and a half,"

"Why didn't you say anything?!"

"Because I knew this would happen!"

He opened his mouth to speak, but quickly shut it. He then let out a sigh.

"Harry?"

"Are you happy?"

"What?"

"Does he make you happy?"

"He does, Harry, really."

He turned away from you. "Okay."

"'Okay', what?"

"(Y/N), if he breaks your heart, I'll kill him," he said, still not looking at you. A smile grew on your face. You threw your arms around him, pulling him into a tight hug.

"Thanks, big brother," you smiled. He hugged you back, a small smile also growing on his face.

You and Draco met up in your usual spot in the astronomy tower. When you reached the top of the staircase, Draco was already there.

You ran up to him and crashed your lips into his, giggles and smiles making their way into the kiss.

"What's gotten into you? I mean, not that I mind, but," Draco mumbled against your lips.

You pulled away, still smiling.

"He knows, and is okay with me being with you," you said sweetly, taking his hand in yours.

"Really?" He asked, wide-eyed. You nodded happily.

"Good. That means I get to do this whenever I want to," Draco smirked. He wrapped his arms around your waist, pressing his lips against yours as he picked you up and spun you around, causing you to go into a fit of giggles.
