Harry sat in the Gryffindor common room, and he recalled what had happened to Ron and Hermione."So now, not only do you have to put up with Malfoy's bullying and insults, but now you have to fight over (Name)?" Ron said, sounding exhausted just picturing the argument.
"Oh, Ronald, they're not fighting! Not when she already likes someone. You're not fighting over her, right?" Hermione said, looking at Harry with a stern look in her eyes.
Harry sighed and slouched back in his armchair. "I don't know." He said. "But if she already likes someone, I'm no competition against Malfoy."
Hermione pursed her lips. "You...you just have to try. Don't seem desperate to know, just act like you already do towards her."
Ron shook his head. "No, no, I'm pretty sure to get a girl to like you, you make sure you let them know you want them to like you."
Harry gave him a questioning look. Hermione scoffed.
"Ron, do you actually know ANYTHING about girls?" She said, an unconvinced look on her face.
"Well, I know you." Was all he said, cheeky grin and his face slightly red. Hermione shook her head in exasperation.
"Harry, she already either likes you, or Malfoy, so if she likes you she'll probably tell you somehow. Like...spending more time with you than Malfoy. Or maybe shyness."
Harry nodded. "I guess I'll just see tomorrow."
And as the evening went on, more and more people slowly filing upstairs to their rooms, Harry remained slouched in his chair, thinking about how he doesn't even have a chance against his enemy.

The next morning was a day free of lessons, so everyone could relax and be stress-free. Harry got up early that morning to go down to breakfast so he could spot you. Ron and Hermione eventually appeared, sitting down opposite him.
"What are you doing down here so early?" Ron asked, yawning. "Did you even get any sleep?"
"No." Was Harry's reply, taking small bites of toast. "I couldn't."
"Were you thinking about (Name)?" Ron asked, looking baffled. Hermione rolled her eyes.
"Yeah." Harry replied, feeling restless. Ron gaped at him, Hermione huffed.
"Ron, you really are blind." She said. "He stayed up all night thinking about her. That means he loves her."
Just as Hermione finished her sentence, (Name) walked through the doors to the hall. She had a small smile on her face and was walking with Luna Lovegood, both of them talking again.
Harry had been so asleep that seeing you woke him up.
Like, literally made him jump up.

As you walked through the large doors of the hall with Luna, quietly chatting to each other, you heard someone call your name.
"(Name)! (Name)!"
Jumping at the sudden loud voice, everyone's eyes were on you and Harry as he stumbled over to you.
"Oh, hi Harry." You said with a smile, looking at him slightly nervously.
"How are you?" He asked you, adjusting his glasses. You dismissed his question with a wave of your hand.
"I'm fine. But what about you?" You said, looking at his wide eyes. "Did you get any sleep last night?"
"No. Not really. I was thinking about you. I-I mean, I was thinking about what happened between you and Malfoy a-and-"
"Harry, calm down." You said reassuringly, placing a hand on his shoulder. By now, everyone had gone back to eating their breakfast, and Luna sent you a quick smile before walking to the Ravenclaw table.
"You look tired. Are you?" You said, inspecting the dark circles under his eyes.
"No! No, of course not." He said quickly, straightening his posture. "Would you like to go for a walk?" He asked suddenly.
You blinked a few times before answering. "Uh, sure!" You smiled as he walked out of the hall with you.
You caught a glimpse of Draco laughing at the incident, and saying how he 'doesn't have a chance', and that you're 'desperately in love with him now after THAT show'.

After walking around the grounds for a little while, both of you decided to lie down near the lake, because the weather was slightly warm and the sky was cloudy.
"So, how are you?" Harry asked.
"Harry, I told you five times already, I'm fine." You said. "You seem nervous..?" You said with a grin.
He shook his head. "No, not at all. Just a little tired."
You raised an eyebrow. "You get pretty jumpy when you're tired." Harry sent you a embarrassed smile and you laughed.
"Don't worry, you're still cute." You said, looking up at the sky.
Harry froze, and turned to look at you. "I'm what?!"
"Cute." You said. Harry's mouth hung open, and you laughed harder than before.
"You're so much like Ron sometimes, it's so funny." You said between giggles. Harry blushed, looked back up the sky, and then slightly shifted closer to you.
Your breath hitched at his movement, but you pretended you didn't notice anything. After half an hour of relaxing under the clouds, you felt an even breath, hot on your neck. Turning your head to face Harry, you blushed at how close he was, and the fact that he had fallen asleep.
His glasses askew on his face, he looked relaxed and content. You smiled warmly at him, and gingerly pressed your hand against his cheek, hoping to wake him up.
After a few seconds, he did, eyes slowly opening and then widening when he realized how close he was to you.
"You fell asleep." You said quietly, not daring to look away from his bright eyes. He nodded slightly, before suddenly kissing you. His kissed you sloppily, probably because he was still tired. He pulled away quickly, sitting up.
"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have done that, I-"
"Harry, chill. I like you more than Draco, okay?" You replied, grabbing his tie and pulling him close to you.
"You do?"
"Yeah." You studied his face, eyes dropping to his lips and then back to his face. "You know, you didn't let me see how good of a kisser you are."
