Part 19

  Snow had finally finished caring for Regina after Regina told her for the billionth time that she was fine. Regina laid on the cot staring up at the sky when a shadow fell over her. She sat up, it was Rumple. "I don't want to talk about it." She said already knowing what was going to come out of his mouth. Regina looked down, he was holding one of the twins. Regina must have looked at them wrong the first time because this baby had brown whiskey eyes like Regina.

"Is this the other baby? What's her name?" Regina said smiling holding out her hands to hold her. "Yes it is, her name was very tough to come up with but you have to wait till the ceremony. Snow said she was planning one and she wouldn't let us say no." Rumple said smiling, Regina smiled up at him. "Hopefully sometime soon I'll have a little one too, congratulations." Rumple smiled "well you need to get ready because we are going to leave in five minutes. Regina nodded her head and got up. "I've already gotten everything he's already told me." Regina smiled, Robin linked his arm under Regina's and helped her to the spot where they are going to jump through the portal.

"I just need to get Belle and we can leave." "Do you need any help?" David asked, Rumple nodded his head and they both went to the spot where Belle was. Rumple put his arm under one of her arms and David did the same to the other side. They lifted her up but suddenly put her back down, she was clenching her teeth together and mumbling. "Regina!" Rumple yelled.

Regina came running to Belle she ripped off Belle's pants and underwear. She was bleeding down there, she had teared. "Oh no you've teared I've got to heal you before we leave hold on." Regina concentrated she needed to use light magic sense it's the best for healing. Light magic slowly seeped out of Regina's hands, she closed her eyes trying not to pass out, she needed to get her healed or she could die going through the portal. Regina could feel her energy draining from her body, she would probably not be able to move once she got finished maybe not even speak.

She felt a hand in her shoulder, she opened her eyes and the bleeding had mostly stopped and Belle wasn't in pain anymore. Regina concentrated a little bit more on her magic to make sure that she had healed Belle all the way. Regina stopped her magic and fell to the ground, she puked up all of her food, all her energy was completely gone. "P-pick her u-up n-now. R-r-Robin h-he-l-p m-m-e up pl-please I can't get up." Regina said panting. Robin ran to Regina and picked her up, Regina didn't have no color in her face at all, the veins were very prominent in her face and neck and her hair was stuck to her head, soaked with sweat.

Rumple quickly threw the bean, the green portal opened up Rumple and Belle, along with their babies jumped first, then Snow and Charming, then Emma, Killian, Regina and Robin all jumped in together. Robin held onto Regina tight fearing that if he let her go that he would lose her forever he thought about the streets of Storybrooke and all the shops in it, and about his son there right now. Everyone thought about how the place looked this time, they didn't dare think about any memories of the place fearing they might go back in time again. Robin felt himself land on the ground. They were inside Snows apartment, where they were before they even left Storybrooke.

Regina flicked her wrist and they were inside the Hospital "Quick come get Belle she and her babies need treated now!" Regina yelled from where she was on the floor, nurses and doctors came running to them "What's happened!" Came from a doctor she had brown hair pinned up into an updo and brown eyes. "I'm Eva Zambrino and we need to get you treated! It looks like you have just given birth. I need a gurney and a room stat!" She said looking at Belle, then she turned towards Regina but Regina shook her head. "Im fine! Treat her I need to go to the fairies anyways." Regina said waving her hand signaling Robin to come over.

"I need help to get up and walk over to the fairies so we can get started. Do you have the flower?" Regina asked looking up at Robin, he shook his head and helped Regina up and out the door. "Are you going to be alright walking there?" Robin said looking at Regina, Regina nodded her head "Yes it's just up the hill from the Hospital just h- actually i'm going to poof us there, I can't get no worse." "Regina n-" Before he could finish his sentence Regina had flicked her wrist and poofed them right inside of the fairies hospital.

"Regina you are back! You look awful what happened?" "I d-don't want to t-talk about it. Let's just get this over with" Regina handed Blue the flower, she was leaning on Robin with all her weight, she was barely even holding herself. "Are you sure you want to do this now? Don't you want to rest first." Blue said cautiously, Regina shook her head no. Blue smiled and nodded her head. "Alright then follow me then." Blue waved her hand at Robin and he followed her into a medium sized room with only a bed in it.

"Isn't there any medicines?" Robin said, Blue shook her head and held up her wand "I just need this, come sit her on the bed she can just wear these clothes." Robin laid Regina on the bed gently, he moved to the other side of the bed and held her hand. "Are you sure you want to be in here?" Blue asked "Of course she needs someone." Robin said rubbing Regina's hand then kissing it. Blue nodded her head "Regina i'm going to start now this is going to hurt a lot, maybe even more than childbirth, I need you to please cooperate and once I start I have to finish." Blue said looking at Regina, Regina gasped "Okay, pin me down and put the cuff on me first, I don't want to hurt anyone." Regina said.

Blue took the cuff out of her pocket and put it on Regina's wrist, she then stood up and placed her wand on top of Regina's lower abdomen. "Deducere tergum uteri" Blue said bringing her wand off of Regina's abdomen she then twirled it in some formation then "fertilitatem producat retro." Blue said tapping Regina's stomach, then Regina started to squirm, then clench her hand tight on the bedsheets and Robins hand.

Regina yelled, tears streaming down her face. A pain ripped through her stomach, they were way worse than the contractions she got. It felt like everything in her lower abdomen was being twisted and squeezed tight. Blue continued to do the procedure on Regina "Sana Uteri" Blue proclaimed, swirling her wand in a intricate way swishing it this way and that, left and right, then she put it back to Regina's lower abdomen. Regina was clenching her teeth trying her best not to scream out loud, but when Blue raised her wand off of Regina's stomach Regina gasped and started writhing in pain.

It looked like she was going to pass out any second from pain her face was blood red from trying to hold back screams and cries. She sat up and back down, she flopped onto her side and other side, trying so hard to stop the pain. Blue left the room she had finished the procedure "I will be back in thirty minutes to check on you Regina, Regina nodded tears soaked her face. Robin sat there shocked at how Regina had reacted to this.

"Regina, my queen I need you to calm down please. Be strong okay and then this will all be over with, and you can see Henry and Roland." Robin said trying his best not cry in front of her. Regina started to calm down "Be strong like I know you are. I know you can do this okay it should be over soon okay." Regina nodded her head. Blue came back in expecting to see Regina calm and not in pain anymore, but she was still crying in pain. Blue looked down and saw blood had stained most of the white pristine bed crimson red.
