Regina sat on the couch rocking Reign back and forth feeding her. "Hey baby, I love you so much. I promise that no one or nothing will ever hurt you, you have me and your auntie who have magic who can protect you. You have your father who can hit his target in one shot, so can your auntie Snow. I promise if someone comes to Storybrooke you will be safe."

Regina stared at her daughters whiskey colored eyes that looked just like her own. She knew something bad would happen, something always did. When she thought she was good she was happy all hell broke loose and she lost everything. "That's right my Queen our daughter and our other children will be safe as long as we live." Robin walked up behind her and kissed her on the cheek "I thought you were at work." "I was but we didn't have nothing else to do today so my boss let me come home early." Regina shook her head as Robin sat down beside her. "You go get some rest, you look tired" Robin was right, dark bags were evident under Regina's eyes and it took everything she had no to yawn in front of Robin.

"I'm fine, I was up all night when I got Henry. I'm used to it." Robin shook his head not having no as an answer "But you have someone to help you now, you have people to help you take care of your baby. Please go get some rest I think I know how to take care of an infant. Please Regina, Reign needs her mother at full energy." Regina sighed "fine I will take a shower and go to bed" Robin nodded his head and took Reign. "Could you pump one or two bottles in case you sleep long." Regina nodded her head and went into the kitchen, she pumped two bottles worth of milk and stuck them in the fridge.

"They are in the refrigerator, just heat them up in the microwave for 15 seconds." Robin nodded his head "of course." Regina walked upstairs and went to the bathroom, she slowly got undressed in front of the mirror.

She stared at her figure in the mirror, it had been a couple of weeks since she had given birth to Reign. She had curves that she didn't have before, she had a slight bump on her stomach now not as big as it been a couple weeks ago, and her breasts and butt were bigger than they were before she had gotten pregnant. She was more curvier than she had ever been and she had been curvy before. She looked down at the small bump she had on her stomach, she grabbed at all the extra skin she had on her stomach. She let go of it and sighed, getting into the hot shower. She let the hot water hit her body letting the stress of the new baby and the soreness of staying up for so long wash off her body.

She stood underneath the water and let it roll off of her body not wanting to get out. She washed her greasy hair which hadn't been washed in days, and washed her body which had spit up and milk stains all over it. She soon turned off the water and stepped out grabbing a towel. She wrapped herself in the towel and went to her closet. She grabbed a pair of Robins boxers and one of his tee shirts and slipped them on over her bra and underwear.

She walked into the bedroom, hair still wet and climbed into the soft bed. She pulled the covers over herself and tried to fall asleep, but she couldn't she tossed and turned thinking about the rattle with all the memories in it. She sighed and got out of the bed, she went to her closet and picked out some real clothes. She picked up some dress pants and a loose silk top, she put them on and thankfully the pants fitted her. She pulled on some black flats and flicked her wrist, her hair was magically dried and styled. She walked down the stairs and found Robin rocking Reign back and forth, she snuck up behind him and gave him a kiss on the cheek

"Robin I need to go talk to Rumple about the memories and such I can't sleep because I'm thinking about it." Robin kissed Regina back but on the lips this time "okay love, put once you get back I want you to sleep you haven't been to bed in a while, okay." Regina smiled "of course" Robin nodded his head and Regina just used her magic to transport her to the entrance of Rumple's pawn shop.

Regina opened the door the bell ringing when she did, Rumple sat at the counter looking at a few items in his hand. "Hello Regina, what could I do for you" Rumple smiled at Regina he didn't want to push too much. "I need to talk with you, I, Well I looked at the rattle and the memories" Rumple's mouth fell open "you actually looked at it" Regina nodded her head "I know unbelievable of me" Regina raised her hands as though she was being caught.

"What do you want to talk about?" Regina sighed "why did you never try to stop my mother from doing the things she did, you saw what she did. Why did you never just take me or something why couldn't you have done something about it. What was the point in you watching me if you wouldn't protect me?"

Rumple looked down "I tried but I couldn't do that much at all. Your mother did have strong magic and she sensed it when I was there. She usually put up a shield so that I couldn't magically do anything there, but as you saw in the meadow I did try to help. I'm sorry Regina I really am, my magic lost me my son and it helped in me losing you too. My darkness had ruined my mind by the time you called upon me to be your teacher and I couldn't tell you then or your mother would have probably done something to you. And my mind couldn't tell what was right and what was wrong by then. But now my mind is clear and I know what my actions did and I am so sorry Regina I really truly am, could you ever forgive me for it."

Rumple stared at Regina he knew he had messed up big time he ruined her in ways just like her mother had. "I, I don't know if I could it's just the fact that you used me to get to your son. Was I not enough for you? Could you not live with just having your daughter?" Rumple sighed "I, I wanted to make things right with him but yes Regina you would have been enough but there was something inside me that wouldn't let me I."

Regina glared at Rumple "quit making excuses! Everything you are saying is excuses for what you did. All I wanted was someone to truly love me and you still haven't showed me that yet." "I'm sorry Regina, but I promise from now on that I will do anything to protect you and I regret not being there for you I just wanted what was best for you. And I thought Cora was going to do that for you."

Regina shook her head "she sure didn't, but I don't need someone t-" the bell rung as the door suddenly came open. "Regina, you have to get out of town now! Emma she did something again" Regina stared fear etched on her face as black clouds rolled towards her "it's too late whatever it is is ready coming" Regina sat back down on the chair she had been sitting on.

"I'm so sorry Regina I don't know what happened, all I know is Emma planned something." Regina stood up and hugged Snow. "It's okay" Regina has a tear in her eyes she really didn't know what was about to happen. They didn't look like curse clouds, what could they be. Snow walked to Regina and hugged her not wanting to let go she didn't know what was going to happen to her stepmother but whatever it was was going to be bad.

The dark clouds loomed over them and they soon burst through the open door of the pawn shop. All you could see was darkness from the clouds that surrounded them. Regina closed her eyes to waited as the clouded swarmed around her awaiting her future.
