Part 39

Regina ran around the house trying her best to clean, Robin hasn't let her do anything since she's told him she was pregnant and it was driving her crazy. While Robin was at work Regina hurried and cleaned the whole house, she was used to everything being shiny and clean but now there was stains and things strew all over the house. She cleaned all the dishes that were piled up in the sink, then she fixed a tub of hot water and began to clean up all the stains off the counter, cabinets and floors. After that she went into her and Robin's room it was a complete mess.

She picked up all of the clothes off the floor and put them in the hamper and vacuumed the floor. She made up the bed and clean up the floor of her closet. Soon she heard a ring from her phone downstairs. She hurried down the steps and into the kitchen where her phone was laying on the counter, she picked it up and answered the phone. "Hello?" Regina said out of breath "Come to the pawn shop, I want to talk to you." Regina removed the phone from her ear the caller ID said Gold. "Okay... I will be there in two minutes." Regina said picking up a sticky pad and writing a note for Robin telling him where she would be.

She grabbed her coat and walked out the door to her car. She turned on the ignition and started to drive to Mr.Gold's pawn shop. Once there she got out of the car and walked straight into the pawn shop. Gold was sitting at the register holding one of the twins. "Hello." Regina said confused. "Hey I wanted to talk to you." Gold said sitting the baby in her bassinet. "Okay." Regina said leaning on the counter. Rumple looked down at the ground "You told me at the salon that we would talk about me and yours relationship once the wedding and such was over." Gold said scratching his head, Regina sighed closing her eyes, she really didn't feel like talking about this.

"Fine but I want a cahir my back hurts." Regina said holding her head, Rumple nodded his head and brought out a chair. "Okay, well like I told you at the salon, I can't picture you as my father. You were there most of my life and you let all those bad things happen to me because you wanted to find your son. You manipulated me to cast the dark curse, my real father is Henry if you really wanted to be my father you should have been there." Regina said "It wasn't that easy." Rumple said shaking his head "Oh, well then tell me."

Regina said sarcastically "Your mother didn't want me nowhere near you or the royals because she knew that if the secret got out then you wouldn't be in line, ever. And by the time I taught you my mind was so overrunned by the darkness I couldn't tell what was right and what was wrong." Rumple said looking down "I understand the part about my mother, but the part about your darkness taking over that is not true. You loved Bae and the only reason you wanted that curse casted was for him, you knew what you were doing there. If you really loved me then you wouldn't have used me like that and you would have refused to teach me magic."

Regina said trying to look Rumple straight in the eyes. "If you called me here just to have a sob story then i'm out, I will never see you as my father. You are my mentor and a friend that is it. And by the way i'm pregnant which I know you knew already, tell Belle though she will be more excited than you will be about anything I ever do." Regina said standing up "Regina please." "No! If you are just trying to play happy family I don't want to be in it. You have Belle and your two children. Leave it how it used to be I don't want it that way. I am your friend and thats where its going to stay!" Regina said throwing up her hands "Just go and be with your family we will always be close just not that close." Regina said sighing as she walked out of Gold's pawn shop, she started the car and went home leaving Gold at his pawn shop.
