Regina stared at the last page of the book, a picture of Emma pouring the remains of Killian's heart into the cauldron. Under it it read "Emma poured the remains of Killian's heart into the cauldron to cast the curse. That was the final straw she needed out of this land and needed everyone's memory wiped." Regina stared at this, she couldn't believe that this happened she knew it did but she didn't know when.
She suddenly felt a hand on her shoulder "Regina have you been here all night?" Robin said, Regina sighed "Yes, I Robin this book, its real and I don't know what to do or who to talk to." Regina said covering her eyes which were tired and strained from reading the storybook last night. "Who gave it to you?" Robin said rubbing Regina's upper back "Rumplestiltskin" Robin shook his head "Talk to him, he will know the answer."
Robin said kissing Regina on the cheek and leaving the room. Regina sighed knowing he was right, she flicked her wrist transporting herself to the Dark Castle. Regina walked the halls until she found where Rumple was, he was sitting in a rocking chair inside of the baby's nursery. "Hey, I need to talk to you." Regina stepping toward Rumple, Rumple turned around to face Regina "Looks like someone didn't get any sleep." Rumple said smiling. "You don't know the half of it."
Regina said rubbing her eyes. Rumple motioned his hand to the chair across from him, Regina gladly sat in it. "Now, what did you want to talk about?" Regina sighed "I read it, and I believe it. But I don't get what it means, did this stuff happen in the past or in the future." Rumple looked at Regina shocked "You believe?" Rumple said open mouthed "Yes, I know it's unbelievable, but I do." Rumple nodded his head "Well we need to take a visit to Lake Nostos." Rumple said putting his baby down, he flicked his wrist and they were in front of the lake.
"Why are we here?" Regina said confused "Drink the water and you'll see." Rumple said giving Regina a cup that he magiked into his hands. Regina took the cup and dipped it into the water. As soon as the water hit her lips she remembered every small detail the book didn't go over, every emotion, and every memory from Storybrooke. "Oh my god." Regina said putting her hand up to her mouth "I need to get some of this water for Robin and Henry, they need to remember before we can break this curse." Rumple shook his head "Not Henry, just Robin." Regina nodded her head knowing he was right.
She flicked her wrist and a canteen was in her hand she quickly filled it up with the clear water. "Wait, then that means, Oh! Rumple i'm so sorry." Regina said putting her hand to her mouth again "What?" "You lost Athena!" Regina said. "Who?" Rumple said confused. "Your baby Rumple." Regina said "I only have Evelyn" Rumple said looking at Regina like she was crazy, Regina's face changed in recognition. "Drink the water." Regina said motioning to the lake, Rumple slowly put his hands in and drunk the water, memories came flying into his mind, memories from when Athena was born, to the night she was taken.
"She gave her to the Black Fairy." Rumple said shaking his head. "How do you-" "She came to me for help, saying she was debating to visit a foreign land called Storybrooke, what she didn't know was that I made a loophole like I did when you casted your curse so that when someone said Storybrooke I would remember all my memories from there. So I gave her what she needed and followed her, then she admitted to the person she needed to talk to that she took my baby and gave it to the Black Fairy." Rumple said still shaking his head.
Regina sighed shaking her head "Let's go home so I can give this to him" Regina said lifting up the canteen, Regina flicked her wrist and her and Rumple were in her castle. "Robin! Can you come into the foyer!" Regina yelled "I'm coming!" Robin yelled coming around the corner "What is it?" "Can you trust me?" Regina said "Yes, of course" Regina held up the canteen "Then drink this" Robin gave Rumple a side glance and took the canteen, he brought the canteen up to his lips, drinking the contents of it. Memories came back of Storybrooke, of him meeting Regina and of their life together.
Robin sighed "What mess did we get ourselves into this time?" Robin said grimacing. Regina waved his hand into the room beside the foyer. In there was the book, Regina used her magic to deliver all its contents to Robin without him reading it. "She casted a curse, wow." Robin said shaking his head then sighing "How are we supposed to break the curse?" Robin said looking at Rumple "I don't know thats why we woke you up too, do not mention this to Henry, or anyone else." Rumple said, Robin nodded in agreement.
"Let's just go to the meeting tonight then sleep on it." Regina said, everyone nodding their head in agreement. Emma woke up by the sound of her parents bursting through her bedroom door "Emma! Wake up we are going to be late to the meeting." Snow said exasperated, Emma looked at both of them confused. This isn't right everyday is supposed to be the same. Emma got up and looked through her closet finding the dress her mother loved the most on her, a white dress that flares out at the hips. Emma flicked her wrist and her hair was done in a simple updo. She quickly rushed down the stairs and into the carriage, which was going to take them to the meeting.
Once the carriage stopped Emma got out and went into Regina's castle behind her mother and father. Once inside Snow gave Neal to Zelena "Thank you so much for taking care of him." Snow said smiling at Zelena, which made Emma snarl. They quickly went into the meeting room inside of Regina's castle where everyone was already seated. Emma sat down and listened to all the leaders talk about the problems with the ogres.
Emma glanced up and Regina was glaring at her, something wasn't right. Emma ignored it thinking that she was mad at not being able to solve the problem. After the meeting Emma went home thinking that everything would play out the same, but they didn't. This time Snow lead Emma into the kitchen to talk.
"Emma honey me and your fathers been talking, your about to be thirty and you don't have a husband or a baby." Snow said smiling. "I know mother, it's just hard being your kid no one wants to date you." Emma said "Well could you try harder please, we need someone for when we're gone. If you dont step up and get married Regina could take the line. You have to have a husband to rule Emma, that's the rule here." Snow said patting Emma's shoulder before leaving the kitchen.
Emma stomped her foot on the ground and yelled, this couldn't happen the reason she casted this curse was so her parents wouldn't trust or care for Regina but it failed miserably, and they still didn't treat her the same as when they first found her. They were so judgemental. Emma stomped up to her room angry at how this curse was going and still confused as to why today was different.
