Part 43

Regina sat crossed legged on the bed rubbing her stomach, it was hard as a rock. She was contemplating if it was the real thing or not, she didn't know she never went into labor naturally. She picked up her phone and dialed Snow's number it rang for a whole two seconds before Snow answered.

"Hey Regina what's up" Samuel was crying in the background, probably being held by David. "Nothing really, is Samuel okay?" Regina still wasn't used to saying that name again it came a shock to her whenever she used his name, like her own son would be in front of her in seconds.

"He is just going through one of those phases, what is it you need? Your usually either in trouble or need something when you call." Regina felt foolish calling Snow, it was probably just some fake contractions, "I, well, my stomach is really hard, and it's been like this off and on since about two this morning." Regina winced waiting for Snow to fuss at her "Do you feel weird? Are your boobs leaking more than they were?" Snow sounded like a mother to a child talking to Regina "I, well yes, i've felt off for the past few days."

"Regina Mills Locksley! You get your butt to the hospital right now!" Regina sighed "I am right now okay, we will see you there. I am going to call Zelena, bye." Regina huffed as she ended the call, she quickly dialed her sisters number before she called Robin.

"Hey sis. What's up?" Regina smiled "well you might want to go to the hospital, me and Robin are going right now. The baby is coming" screams came out the end of Regina's phone, sending Robin into the room. "Zelena you will see us once we are there, your going to be there before us any ways see you there." And with that Regina closed her phone "What was that screaming all about?" Robin said in the doorway "I told her we are going to the hospital, the baby is coming."

Robins face whitened as he heard the news "I thought we had more time, quick where's the bag? I will help you up in a second." Robin started freaking as he tried to hurry and grab everything Regina and the baby needed. "Robin, Robin! Im fine I can get the bag, just go to the car I got this." Regina tried hard not to laugh at her husband. "But help me up first, I can't get up." Regina laughed at herself, she held out her hands for Robin to pull her off the bed.

She stood up and swatted Robin out of the door. She grabbed the bag and sat it on the bed, she went back in her closet and quickly changed into better clothes for giving birth in. She walked down the stairs and out the door. "Regina I don't know how to drive." Robin was freaking out once again "Robin calm down I can drive, it's only five minutes." Regina climbed in the driver's seat and motioned for Robin to sit in the passenger's seat. Regina grabbed her keys and put them in the ingnition, starting the car up. They drove all the way to the hospital without any incident.

Before Reina could park the car Zelena was outside with a wheelchair. "Zelena I don't need that, I'm perfectly capable of walking." Regina rolled her eyes at everyone who was babying her. "Your going to want it before we get all the way to the entrance." Zelena raised her eyebrow and pushed the wheelchair beside of Regina. Robin grabbed the bag out of the backseat and grabbed Regina around the waist, he helped her climb up hill, and as Zelena predicted Regina doubled over in pain as pain erupted over her stomach. "See, now do you want the wheelchair?" Regina nodded her head and sat down in the wheelchair, the pressure in her lower back got worse once she sat in the chair "oh! There's so much pressure on my back." Regina squirmed in the chair as Zelena rolled her up the hill.

Once they were inside a doctor guided Robin, Zelena and Regina back. "Miss could you please put this on? Or would you rather wear what you have except for the pants?" The doctor held up a green hospital gown "I would rather wear my own clothes" Regina stared in disgust at the hideous hospital gown "Okay well could you please take off your pants and underwear and put this over your legs please" The doctor smiled at Regina and handed her a thin piece fabric.
