"Mrs.Locksley? The doctor is ready for you, follow me." The nurse said as she opened the door to the rooms. Regina and Robin got up and followed the nurse to a room close to the waiting room, inside the doctor was sitting beside of a huge machine. Regina slowly walked to the bed, "Hello Mrs. and Mr.Locksley, how are you doing today?" The doctor said smiling at the couple "My name is Alicia and I will be with you throughout your whole pregnancy, I'm going to be your midwife." Alicia said smiling, Regina nodded her head and looked up and Robin holding his hand.
"Now how has your symptoms been?" "Well they have been really bad especially morning sickness." Alicia nodded her head "I know this is a magical town so I have to ask you, do you practice in magic?" Alicia said trying to smile, but Regina laughed "Im sorry, but do you know who I am?" Regina said trying to hold down her laughter "I'm sorry I dont I didn't really know many people from the Enchanted Forest." "Well you might know my name, does the Evil Queen sound familiar?" Regina said waiting for a look, which she got "Oh, well I guess you do magic then. Im sorry" Alicia said trying not to laugh "Well it's fine, this is a doctors appointment let's not talk about that."
Alicia nodded her head "Right so since you do practice in magic your symptoms are going to be worse, I suggest you wear a cuff so you can function once you get farther along." Regina nodded her head "When did you find out you were pregnant?" "The day that the curse came" Alicia nodded her head fast and wrote it down "Okay so you should be far enough along for me to find the heartbeat you can also see the baby."
Alicia said smiling, Regina nodded her head and squeezed Robins hand. Alicia turned on the sonogram machine and picked up the wand, she grabbed the bottle of jelly out of ot holder "Could you lift up your shirt?" Alicia said smiling "Oh yes, I forgot." Regina lifted up her shirt and Alicia ut the jelly on Regina's abdomen. Soon and picture of a little dot come up on the screen "That's your baby! Congratulations." Alicia said swiveling the wand on Regina's stomach "Now let's try and find the heartbeat, it might be a little hard since your so early in." Alicia pressed a button on the wand and started moving the wand around on Regina's stomach. Soon they heard a little heartbeat.
"And there it is! The baby looks healthy and it looks like it is measuring to eight weeks. So i would suggest you wait until you are twelve weeks to tell anyone else just incase." Regina nodded her head, her smile was so bright. "Now have you been pregnant before, I just need this for your history." Regina nodded her head as she wiped the jelly off of her stomach. "Yes I have been once. In the Enchanted Forest, I was pregnant and didn't know it and I took an infertility potion to spite my mother. I gave birth to the baby right after I drunk it, he was healthy but then five weeks later he died of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. And then I got treated for the potion I took a few weeks ago." Alicia gasped and nodded her head writing everything down in Regina's charts.
"Okay what about females in your family?" "My sister she had a baby not long ago and she was around five weeks old when she died of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome too." Alicia wrote everything down, "What about your mother do you know if she had a history of that too?" Regina shook her head "I don't know, she wasn't pregnant when I was alive." "Okay and have you ever suffered from miscarriages?"
"I did when I was with Leopold, my husband in the Enchanted Forest. But it was only because he beat me." Regina said shaking her head. "Okay, is there anything else pregnancy wise I should know about?" Regina shook her head "Not that I know of, but you can ask Blue she done the procedure to give me back my fertility." Alicia nodded her head and wrote down a note to ask her.
"Okay well you two are free to go, I will see you back when you are at fifteen weeks. The people at the front will give you a card telling you when to come back, just give them this." Alicia said as she gave Regina a slip "And remember what I said about the cuff it will help." Alicia said as they walked out the door. Regina got into the car and waited for Robin, she was so happy nothing was wrong. Her baby and herself was healthy and she would have a baby soon. Robin got into the car and buckled up waiting for Regina to start the car.
"Regina we made a baby!" Robin said smiling as he looked at the sonogram picture. "Robin, i've been thinking I need to talk to Emma." Robin looked up at Regina, her face was serious "Are you sure that's safe Regina?" "I don't care if it's safe I need to talk to her." "Your just going to do it anyways, but please be careful, please don't get hurt." "I won't trust me, Emma will be more hurt than anything." Robin sighed and shook his head.
They soon got to the house and Regina stopped the car and let Robin out. "Call me once you are done." Regina shook her head "If I have not by two o'clock then come and find me." Regina sighed. She started up the car and went to Emma's house. Regina parked the car in front of Emma's house and got out of the car, she put a spell over her lower abdomen trying to protect her baby. She walked up to the door and tried the handle, it was unlocked.
