"Oh no! Regina are you sure that you weren't already pregnant?" Regina looked up at Blue shocked "No why?" Regina said slowly "Because you shouldn't even be in pain anymore and you shouldn't be bleeding either." Regina's eyes grew even bigger "No! Not again." Regina yelled shaking her head.

"What, what are you talking about again?" "I-I when I took the infertility potion I was pregnant and I well I was so far along that I had to deliver the baby. Please don't make me do that again!" Regina said, even more tears falling down her face. "So how di- oh! I know!" Regina turned to face Blue. "What do you mean I know!" Regina said seething with anger.

"It was when Robin was willing to sacrifice himself for you. It cured it but you didn't know it." "What! Why didnt, never mind why do I even bother to ask. Just please don't make me deliver this baby." Blue walked towards Regina and placed a hand on her stomach. "I don't even feel a lump that's strange, you felt sick the whole time there right?" Regina nodded her head "Okay so you had what you thought was the flu three weeks ago and it's stayed since right?" Regina nodded her head again "No I was sick for about five weeks before we left, and then the three weeks we were there I was sick too."

"So that means you are about ten weeks pregnant since the symptom of morning sickness doesn't come till you've actually been pregnant for two or three weeks, so no you won't have to deliver your baby. But you need to go to the hospital right now and tell them what happened they will know what to do from there." Blue said then waved her wand and they were in the hospital. "Come now! We got the message from Blue already Eva said to Robin, who was holding Regina.

He ran into the room and gently placed her onto the bed. Eva came in and started to work on her. Robin held on to Regina's hand as she flinched from them cleaning her up. "I am so sorry Regina, you can go home now. And no heavy labor for about a two weeks, and yes that means sex too." Eva said to Regina and Robin. Regina looked up at Robin "Pick me up please we are going my way. I need to go home." Regina said, dark bags were forming under her eyes from everything that's happened over the past few weeks.

Robin picked her up he knew what she was about to do and there was no use in trying to stop her from doing it. Once Robin picked up Regina she flicked her wrist and they were in Regina's foyer. Regina laid her head in Robin's shoulder, but all of a sudden she heard "Surprise!" from behind her. She raised up her head and saw Zelena slightly confused, Henry also confused, and Roland smiling.

"What happened!" Zelena and Henry yelled at the same time, "I will explain but first I want some hugs." Robin put Regina down, Henry came running towards his mom and then slowed down a little after he realized she was hurt. He gave her a gentle hug, Regina held on to him and cupped the back of his head. "I've missed you my little prince." Regina said smiling. "Come here Roland." Regina said smiling, but Roland looked scared "W-what happened to Gina!" Roland said.

Regina looked up at Robin, "I was just a little sick but i'm all better! If you gave me a hug I would feel even better!" Regina said smiling, she could still picture the hooded figure stabbing Roland in the back. Regina held out her arms, Zelena slowly lifted Roland down from in front of her. Then Regina saw it, "No! Zelena you didn't." Zelena's stomach was still completely flat, the same as when they had left, she should atleast have a little bump now.

Zelena nodded her head, a single tear fell down her cheek. "I will talk with you later." Zelena said smiling, "Now everyone wants to hear what happened" Zelena said motioning everyone to the living room. Regina sat down and started talking, she knew she wasn't going to get out of this. She told them everything from when they left to when they just came into the foyer. "Oh my god! Mom!" Henry said completely shocked, Zelena looked just as shocked as Henry maybe even more.
