Panic Room

Also, the description for the panic attack will probably not be accurate. As I have never had one and only read other people's descriptions of it. 
Lance pov
Today for training we are doing a fear simulator.
After being told this, I get anxious and jittery. I unconsciously tap my foot and click my tounge.
"Oh my fucking God Lance. Could you stop" Pidge groans at me, annoyed at my ticks. Me realizing what I'm doing, stop and mutter a sorry. I bite my nails Instead. I'm scared of what the team will think of my fear. They'll probably think I'm weak, more than they already do.

  "Time for the simulator paladins" Allura announces. The first to go is Shiro. His fear his being captured by the Galra again and being tortured.  Next is Hunk. His fear is when we go back to Earth and his whole family and home ar gone. Then goes Pidge. Her fear is never finding her Brother and Father. Then Keith. His fear is us losing this war and the whole universe being ruled over and tortured by Zarkon..
I wasn't really paying attention when Keith snaps me out of my anxious thoughts."Lance. Come on let's go. Your turn".  I slowly get up and head towards the simulator. Before I head in I hear Pidge mummer "his worst fear is probably being rejected by some random girl" and I hear Keith snicker in agreement. Then I walk in and fall unconscious.

My phone has no signal

I wake up in a dark void. Surrounded by darkness. The darkness makes me uneasy and makes a pit in my stomach

It's making my skin crawl

It's deathly quiet when the face of my Father appears, along with my Mother's. "What is wrong with you. You left us. Betrayed us.You fucking piece of shit." My mama says. "Why did you have to be a little sin. A faggot. A man whore. You little slut." He says before both of them disappear.

The silence is so loud

I'm met with the face of Hunk next. "I was never your friend. I just took pity on you. Your always in the way." He says. I can feel tears pricking my eyes.
Soon enough the whole team surrounds me with the exception of Keith. "Your so fucking annoying. Why can't you ever shut. The. Fuck. Up. For once in your unwanted life." Pidge growls. "Your useless. You can't do anything right. Your a fuck-up. Why are you even alive?! Pathetic. You can't beat the training level that was set for Altean CHILDREN." Shiro spits, venom dripping off each and every word rolling off his tounge.

The lights spark and flicker

"Your so stupid. And idiot. We're you dropped on your head too many times as a baby?! How could Blue ever choose you. You are unworthy. Not paladin material." Allura sneers. Then they all fade away

With monsters much bigger than I can control now

I am once more left in the silence, until one last face appears. Keith. "Hello trash. What were you thinking?! You must not have a brain or something. Thinking anyone could love someone like you. Me out of everyone. No one will love you. Not your family. Not team Voltron. Not Me. Never. Your pathetic. Useless. A burden. A seventh wheel. " As he walks closer to me and whispers in my ear" you should just rid us of this burden. End it." He says before backing away. Then he fades.

Welcome to the Panic Room

I woke up in a cold sweat. I run out of the simulation, ignoring the calls of my teammates. I run into my room and lock the door.

Where all your darkest fears are gonna

I walk in and sit on my bed. My breathing becomes ragged and uneven. Tears pouring out of my eyes and sobs escaping my throat. I start hyperventilating. A Panic Attack. 

Come for you

  I scratch and claw at my neck and arms. Finding it harder and harder to breathe. My breathing becoming shallower by the minute. The words filling my head with awful thoughts.
Useless.
Pathetic.
Annoying.
Burden.
Not needed
Seventh wheel.
I can't take it. The pain. The words. I just cant. Stop. Please.I black out.
