Chapitre 26 - Jaloux

It's another day in the office. ADjective got busy again after GAKU give them a brief to launch a new campaign. Chaeyoung and her team worked her ass off to create the best strategy. In Chaeyoung's mind, she just can't go wrong or else Yugyeom would pin her down. Tzuyu would finalize the strategy with her media plan. Mingyu is always back and forth, communicate with GAKU to minimize the errors. It's amazing to ever witness their teamwork. They completed each other, especially Mingyu, Tzuyu, and Chaeyoung. 

Mingyu leads the account team and client service really well, even though Chaeyoung and Tzuyu find it hard to find some tune with him, but without him, there are no clients. Mingyu has great sales and marketing skills. He could always smoothen up the deal with his mouth. Sometimes Chaeyoung and the team had to postpone the artwork due to errors, usual things when you're dealing with the creative team, and Mingyu is always the one who convinced the clients. 

Then there's Tzuyu, a super calm woman ever. She's so beautiful no matter how many times you look at her. All the media team are super obedient when it comes to Tzuyu's words. ADjective often didn't get a media spot or losing a chance to get a place for advertisement, but when Tzuyu gets her hands off, suddenly there's always a spot for them. Tzuyu who previously worked at the MBC advertising department knows all the key media players in South Korea. Tzuyu fist met Chaeyoung at MBC building. MBC was Chaeyoung's client for re-branding purposed. Of course, they started at the very wrong foot, Chaeyoung was a bitter human being (and still). But then somehow they became a good team over the year. 

After that, Tzuyu then proposed to Chaeyoung her idea to established their own advertising agency. Then Mingyu, Tzuyu's old colleagues joined as well. After 2 years of struggle, their small agency got recognized and IPG Mediabrands Group Korea. With Tzuyu's capability, it makes the job easier, her calm personality is always calm her team as well. Chaeyoung is always a hot-headed since forever. She's the most creative and talented human being, but her attitude is surely the worst in the industry. As a 2 times Cannes Lions winners sure sometimes she's so cocky herself. Chaeyoung always demanded her team be a real genius like herself. She pushes the team to the limit, it can't be a pain in the ass but lately, her team realizes that Chaeyoung did that in order to create the best strategy. And her strategy is proven to be effective and always deliver a clear message to the audience.

The directors, Tzuyu, Mingu and Chaeyoung's office sits on the 3rd floor, while all the team is on the 2nd floor. Today they will have a big meeting on the 2nd floor, all the team gathers to propose a new creative approach for the new campaign, Mingyu will brief them all. GAKU is their major client now with million bills per month on the line, even all the directors all get their hands on the project. 

Chaeyoung, Tzuyu, and Mingyu come downstairs. The three of them are like a god to the team. Upon come downstair, Chaeyoung could see that Woojin is on Mina's desk talking to her so casually, they both laughed, Mina laugh and bend her hand to his shoulder, And for some reason, Chaeyoung feels irritated to the scene.

They started the meeting, Mingyu they start the briefing, tell them what the clients really want for the next campaign. Woojin and Mina can't stop giggling to each other, Chaeyoung could only stare at them from the front seat. They both didn't realize.

"So, as for the creative approach, their new product is using vibrant color, they've collaborated with young designers so that we could emphasize their featurette product. Chaeyoung-ah, they are specifically requesting that we should create an art installment in the malls for branding this time" Mingyu explains. 

"Chaeyoung-ah"

"Chaeyoung-ah, are you listening to me?"
