I heard the unexpected news when I returned to Earth. It was news that I was moving to the Planet Defense Command. I believe that I will be able to return to Earth with some achievements anywhere. But why the Planet Defense Command? Am I supposed to come here and serve in the army again? I have no choice but I really hate to break up with the members of Earth Bureau.

"Jetty, what should I do at the Planet Defense Command?"

"It seems that the agency needs your skills. I don't know what to expect of you there."

"The Planet Defense Command is an organization preparing for Star Wars, right?"

"We have never had Star Wars on our planet."

"Can I lose my life or get hurt there?"

"Well, maybe you're in danger."

"Then I have a condition."

"What are the conditions?"

"I remember all the facts that I experienced on Earth and on Planet Merion. I want to be prepared for a situation where I get hurt. Please copy the information in my head and recover it if I lose my memory."

"I will pass on your request to the headquarters."

"And listen to another wish."

"What is it?"

"I want to send messages to acquaintances on Earth in some way."

"We have no way of communicating with the human world. If we send radio waves, it will take 40 years and the message we send will not even be interpreted by human beings."

"You're sending Grays to Earth to explore the human world. How do you communicate with them? Please send my message to Earth via the Solar System Base."

Before moving on to the Planet Defense Command, Jetty explained about the National Union Group.

The National Union and its affiliates carry out tasks inappropriate at the national level and coordinate the interests of individual countries. National Union Group consists of National Union Assembly, seven committees, three headquarters and two specialized agencies.

• Culture Promotion Committee: Preservation of traditional culture and support artistic activities

• Security Cooperation Committee: Treatment of international crimes and security cooperation between countries

• Safety Committee: Conservation of the environment and disaster relief
