Help me with Taehyung's role. I just had a rlly random thot.. should he be a mafia or a spy or what??

"Good morning," Jimin greets sleepily as he opened his front door, to be greeted by the sight of his neighbor.

Jungkook smiles before the pair were off to go to work.

Jimin yawns a third time after stepping inside the bus.

His younger neighbor eyes him carefully.

"Hyung you seem hella tired." His frown turns upside down, taking Jimin aback at the sudden change. "Did you guys do the dirty?"

The older chokes on his spit before slapping his shoulder. Jungkook whines a bit, but the smile is still there.

"You loudmouth!" he hisses, eyes darting left and right to see if anyone heard him. "You don't just go and say those things, especially when one is in public." His tone was laced with exasperation.

Jungkook, the brat that he is, was just standing there holding the rings above with a glint in his eyes. His hyung scowls at him for the inappropriate language and question.

"Why the face hyung? Calm down it's just a question." But then his eyes take on this sort of thought and Jimin's wary of what's to come. "Don't tell me I was right."

"NO!"

At that, all the people in the bus turn to the young man, who blushes in anger and embarrassment before apologizing for the ruckus.

Jungkook laughs. Jimin mutters curses directed at him before the blush can recede.

"Oh my gosh hyung chill!" Jungkook was still able to say this despite laughing at his hyung's expense.

"How can I when you made me practically embarrass myself in front of all these people?" he fumes with clenched teeth.

The bus lurches into a stop, and Jimin stands as his companion makes it to the doors first.

They continue their walk.

"I just slept late that's all," defends Jimin as he pushes his hair back.

"Eh? Why? We don't have any more papers." Jungkook's confused as heck.

Jimin shakes his head. "No, it's you who doesn't have any more papers. I've got a truckload more to- yah!"

He didn't finish because Jungkook suddenly grabbed him and swiveled him to the side, narrowly missing a knife that was thrown in their way.

Jungkook clutched onto Jimin's lower back and arm with a hard grip, eyes wide and alert while Jimin's remained confused and shocked.

"What was that?" asks a breathless Jimin.

He didn't receive an answer because the younger was too busy looking around for the culprit.

Who was that?

"What the hell was that?" Jungkook questioned, brows pulled over his eyes as he saw no suspicious activity.

Jimin was nervous.

"Uhm maybe it- someone just let go of it accidentally?" Jimin tries, though his conviction was weak.

Jungkook gives a firm shake of the head.

"No hyung. No one just lets go of a knife like that. And it looked like it was aimed at you." He looks around one more time before tugging on the other's arm. "C'mon we better go before anything else strikes."

Jimin turns around in hopes of finding the culprit before letting himself be dragged by Jungkook.

He doesn't want to admit but that was hella scary.

Don't tell him someone's out to get him.

And what did he do for that person to hate him?

"Hyung move it."

"O- on it."

He let the disrespect slide since his mind was occupied with other things still.

They reached their workplace and Seokjin was first to greet them.

"What the heck guys? You're almost late!"

Jungkook checks his phone.

"So what's your problem hyung? At least we're here." He glances at Jimin's shaken form before smoothly adding "Excuse us Seokjin-hyung."

So he slips past the older while still holding onto Jimin, leading them both inside the latter's office.

"Sit."

"Who are you to boss me around?"

"Sit."

"Ugh fine fine."

So Jimin does what he's told.

Jungkook then utters "Hand."

Now Jimin has to question. "Huh?"

"Just give me your hand."

He can sense the impatience so Jimin complies anyway, the younger squatting in front of him.

He starts to massage Jimin's palm.

The hard look melts to give way to concern in Jungkook's eyes.

"Now breathe and focus on that. Don't think of anything else."

A wordless nod is his reply.

"I don't want to think of what's happened but it's kind of hard Kook."

Said boy shakes his head. "Clear your mind."

Jimin's head tips downward to see his friend still trying his best to calm him down.

He then looks out his window.
◾️
A man zips through the crowded streets, destination set in mind.

He utters 'excuse me' and 'I'm sorry' a lot of times since he really has somewhere important to go.

When he reached the area twenty meters from the bus stop, he halts.

Looks around for any abnormal activity.

His eyes dart around in search of any clues or hints.

Where is it?

He spots a fallen knife discarded by the ground, no one paying any attention to it.

So he hurries to reach the weapon before anybody sees.

Just as he crouches to grab it, another hand is in sight.

"Excuse me is this yours?"

It's a police officer.

"Yes sir it's mine."

He quickly takes hold of it and stuffs it in his bag with a smile.

The officer eyes him.

"Do you have permission to carry weapons around crowded areas such as this?"

"Yes I do have sir."

The officer looks skeptical.

"Show me so I know you're not lying."

And so he does.

The officer hums. "Be careful with that. I'll let it slide just this once but if I ever see you again with this there are punishments."

The man nods his understanding. "Yes sir I understand. Thank you." He bows, and the officer leaves.

He breathes heavily before another scan of the place.

Just then, his phone rings.

"No sir he's escaped."
